Dialling by name (Quickdial variant)

Select from all of the names stored in the

telephone system:

1.Press the corresponding keys each once for

the first few letters. To separate the first and

last name use the hash key (#) (the system

administrator can tell you whether last or first

name has been entered first).

2.Press the Alpha key, then scroll vertically until

the required name is shown.

3.Press the call key to dial stored numbers.

Access to the available external phone books:

Press the star key () before the first letters.

Forward calls

1.Press the menu key several times, then press

ORWARDING

2.Scroll vertically up to

ORWARD

SUBSCRIBER

then press

3.Enter the call number and press

Call forwarding reset

forwarding. The Absence key can be

reconfigured as a function key or

digit key.

Foxkeys (Fox): Execute the displayed

function using the key.

Navigation key: Navigate

horizontally / vertically

Correction key: Delete the last input.

Menu key: Scroll through the

available functions
