1.2 General information about Control Medi
To be able to use your Control Medi there are certain things that you should know:
• The Control Medi is delivered preset with GewaLink channels, meaning that it is
possible to use the transmitter immediately after the batteries has been inserted. See
section Inserting Batteries.
• To enter the programming mode, press first the Level button and then simultaneously
one of the Function buttons for 2 seconds (2 seconds applies from version 1.0.6 or
serial no: 800402). Different Function buttons are chosen depending on what is to be
programmed.
• If you press the wrong button or make a mistake when programming you can always
press the Level button for two seconds. It works as a Reset button.
• It is important not to wait too long between the different steps when programming. After
a certain time your Control Medi automatically leaves the programming mode to save
power.
• If a button on your Control Medi or control switch is pressed for more than 1 minute,
your Control Medi will stop transmitting to save power.
• The settings can be protected by using the Settings Lock.
• You can only change the settings of levels that are unlocked.
