2.13 Creating an automatic sequence (Macro)
Your Control Medi is able to send sequences of codes. When you press one button, Control
Medi automatically carries out what is equivalent to pressing several buttons. To find a TV
menu page for instance you need to press several buttons. Control Medi however, can be
programmed in such a way that you only need to press one button. Other available
sequences are dialling long telephone numbers or muting the TV at the same time as you
answer the telephone. Your Control Medi can also be programmed to change levels and
remember how long the button is pressed, you can transmit for a maximum of 25 seconds
per press. Other programmed sequences can also be a part of a new sequence.
A sequence can be terminated at any time by pressing any other button.
When a sequence is programmed, your Control Medi transmits at the same time what is
already on the key. A maximum of 50 button presses per sequence can be programmed.
NOTE! The button used for the sequence must not be part of the sequence.
