SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Always take the following precautions before using the “Ice
bath”, hereinafter referred to as the ‘product’.

• Carefully read, understand, and follow all information in the user manual
before installing and using the product. These warnings, instructions,
and safety guidelines address some common risks of water recreation,
but they cannot cover all risks and dangers in all cases. Always use
caution, common sense, and good judgment when enjoying any water
activity. Retain this information for future use. If you give this product to
other people, please also pass on this manual.
• Only use this product in accordance with the instructions and
recommendations in this user manual.
• This product is intended for domestic or similar use, not for professional
use. WARNING! Do not leave packaging material lying around
carelessly. This may become dangerous playing material for
children. Risk of suocation!
WARNING! Do not use the product if you are under 18 years of
age, pregnant, have history of heart disease or high blood
pressure, have diabetes, complications such as neuropathy or
retinal damage, you wear a pacemaker, history of frostbite, have
an open wound, had recent surgery, epilepsy or any other health
concerns or risks.
• Using an ice bath can drastically lower your body’s core temperature.
Immersion in cold water can slow the flow of your blood through your
body, which, combined with any health complications, can raise your
blood pressure and put you at greater risk of cardiac arrest or stroke.
• Always consult your doctor before using the product if have health
problems or if you are attempting this form of therapy.
• Do not use the product when using alcohol or medication that may
impair your ability to safely use the product.
• We recommend you are educated in cold water therapy before using the
product. Having a thorough understanding the optimal temperature and
length of use is essential. Never push your body beyond its limits.
• We recommend starting with warmer temperatures before decreasing
to the optimal temperature. The optimal temperature is particular for
each user, but we recommend it to be 15°C to start feeling the benefits
of cold water therapy.
• Start with short periods of immersion and gradually extend the
duration. Exit the product immediately if you start to feel unwell.
• Immediately remove yourself from the product when you start to feel
uncomfortable in any way.
• Do not use the product for more than 10-15 minutes continuously.
• Ensure that a competent adult is always present to provide continuous,
active and vigilant supervision when the product is put into use.
• The product should not be used by weak swimmers and non-swimmers
unless under the strict supervision of a competent adult.
• Weak swimmers and non-swimmers should wear personal protection
equipment when using the product.
• The product is not intended for swimming.
• Make sure the product is complete and undamaged. If any components
are missing or damaged, contact the vendor and do not use the product.
Retain the packaging or recycle it in accordance with local regulations.
• The assembly of this product must be done by an adult.
• Children and pets in the vicinity of the product must always be
supervised by an adult.
• The product is not a climbing frame or toy!
WARNING! Make sure that nobody climbs or leans on or jumps
from the product, particularly children. The product may
otherwise become unbalanced and tip over. This may result in
injury and/or damage.
• Choose a suitable location to install and set up the product where
constant supervision is feasible to prevent the risk of young children
drowning.
• Place the product on a flat and stable surface, in a place where it cannot
fall over. Ensure that the product has the correct stability before using it.
• Be mindful of sharp edges and objects such as screws, bolts and splinters
that may damage the product.
• Do not place, expose or store the product in the immediate vicinity of
direct sunlight, extreme weather, heat sources, fire, hazardous and
inflammable objects, excessive humidity or corrosive environments.
• Store the product during extreme weather conditions (rain, winds, snow,
etc), to avoid damage to the product.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product or modify it in
any manner.
• When the product is not in use, make sure to remove all toys and
appealing objects from the water and around the product to avoid
attracting children and facilitating access into the product.
• When the product is not in use, clear its surroundings of all toys or
objects that a child could use to facilitate the access into the product
(such as chairs, large toys, etc.).
• Remove any means of access from the product and store it out of reach of
children whenever the product is not in use.
• It is recommended to install a barrier (and secure all doors and windows,
where applicable) to prevent unauthorized access to the product.
• Personal protective equipment, barriers, pool covers, pool alarms, or
similar safety devices are helpful aids, but they are not substitutes for
continuous and competent adult supervision.
• Keep a working phone and a list of emergency phone numbers near
the product.
• Encourage all users, including children, to learn how to swim.
• Learn Basic Life Support (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - CPR) and
refresh this knowledge regularly. This can make a life-saving difference
in the event of an emergency.
• Instruct all product users, including children, what to do in case of an
emergency.
WARNING! Never dive into any shallow body of water. This can
lead to serious injury or death.
• When a pool cover is used, remove it completely from the water surface
before entering the product.
• Replace water regularly, depending on hygienic conditions, its
cleanliness, its clarity, and its odour, or if any debris or stains are present
in the product.
• Do not use any chemicals to reduce the frequency of water replacement.
• The use and installation of any electrical appliances around product shall
be in accordance with the national regulations.
• Use of accessories not approved by the product manufacturer (e.g.
ladders, covers, pumps, etc.) may result in risks of injuries or property
damages.
• Make sure there is a free space of at least 1 metre around the product.
WARNING! Do not exceed the maximum ll line as this can
cause overowing, damage and serious injuries.
