Adjustment of weight unit:

Place the scale on a table. The scale will automatically switch-on and the LCD display will

indicate “8888” and a few seconds later “0.0 kg“. By pushing  or  button (located at

the front side of the scale) it is possible to change the unit of weight for country specific

setting (kg = kilogram / st = stone / lb = pound). To confirm the entry push the SET-

button. Please pay attention to use the scale under consideration of your country specific

unit of weight.

4. Weighing function (weight measurement only)

1. Switch on the scale by using the tap-on-function. For this, tap with your foot short

and forceful on the centre of the scale. The display indicates the signal „8888“ and a

few seconds later “0.0” kg. Now the scale is ready to use.

2. Step on the centre of the scale. Remain stationary on the weighing platform and do

not hold you tight. After a few seconds, your weight will be indicated.

3. After weighing, step off the scale. A few seconds later, the scale will automatically

switch-off.

5. Programming / Enter of personal data

Before first time use your personal data like gender (female or male), body height and

age must be programmed and saved under selected locations P1 – P0 (up to 10

persons). The enter keys are located at the front of the scale. To enter your personal data

please utilise the buttons: SET (on and save button), (plus button), (minus button)

and follow the particular points:

1. Place the scale on a table. The scale will automatically switch-on and the LCD

display will indicate “8888” and a few seconds later “0.0 kg“. Now press the SET-

button. The display indicates flashing “P1”. To select your personal location (1 - 10),

press 

or  button. After the selection of your personal location press the SET-

button to save the reading.

2. After you have selected your personal location (e.g. P2), the symbol for gender starts

to flash. To select the requested gender (male / female), press

 or  button. After the

selection of your gender press the SET-button to save the reading.

3. After you have selected your gender (e.g. female), the symbol for age starts to flash

(default 25 age). To enter your age, press 

or  button. After the selection for your

age press the SET-button to save the reading.

4. After you have selected your age, the symbol for body height starts to flash (default

170 cm). To enter your height, press 

or  button. After the selection of your height

press the SET-button to save the reading.

After input completion, the display indicates “- - -”. Your entered personal data will be

indicated and shortly after “0.0 kg”. A few seconds later, the scale automatically powers-

off.

To enter personal data of further persons please repeat the steps listed below.

6. Body Analysis

An analysis is only possible in bare feet. Your personal data must be entered first (please

see page 4 - 5).

1. Switch on the scale by using the tap-on-function. For this, tap with your foot short

and forceful on the centre of the scale. The display indicates the signal „8888“ and a

few seconds later “0.0” kg. Now press the SET-button and select your personal

location by using 

or  button.

2. At first, your personal data (age, body height, and gender) will be indicated and shortly

after the indication, “0.0 kg” will appear on the display.

3. As soon as “0.0 kg” appears in the display the scales is prepared for the

measurement.

4. Carefully step on the stainless steel strips (measurement module) of the scale in bare

feet and remain stationary while the measurement is now taking place.

4. At first, your weight will be indicated on the display. Shortly after, while the analysis

is taking place, the signals “o” starts to move. After completion of the measurement,

your measured values (weight, body fat, body water, muscle mass and bone mass) will

be shown in changes successively 3 times.
