Starting up
•Charge the battery in the drive unit (See “Charging the battery”).
• Attach the desired accessory onto the shaft. You can attach or remove the accessories
by simply pushing them onto the shaft of the drive unit or pulling them off.
Charging the battery
The drive unit has two charging contacts at the end of the grip.
• To charge the unit switch it off and put it on the charging contacts in the unit’s box.
• Connect the adaptor plug with the socket on the right side of the unit.
• Connect the power supply unit to a wall outlet with 230V/50Hz.
• The charge control lamp at the drive unit lights up as soon as the contact to the power
supply unit has been established.
Note: The control lamp does not indicate the charging level of the battery. It takes about
hours to charge up the unit
Use
Please note: do not bathe your hands or feet and do not spread cream on them before the
treatment. Just wash them at the end of the treatment.
1. Turn on the unit by means of the switch located at the top of the handle. With the switch
you can change the motor from right-handed to left-handed rotation and select two diffe-
rent speeds.
2. Guide the accessory to be used with a gentle movement over the place to be treated.
Constantly check at brief intervals the progress of the treatment to avoid injuries.
Nail dryer function
• Connect the adaptor plug with the socket on the right side of the unit.
• Connect the power supply unit to a wall outlet with 230V/50Hz.
• Switch on the clod air blower with the provided switch (19).
• Put the hand with the nails to be dryed in front of the cold air blower (20).
• When your nails are dry, switch the unit off and disconnect the power supply unit.
Cleaning and care
• Unplug the mains adapter from the mains before cleaning the unit, if it has been
connected.
