Audio/video software (videotapes, LDs, etc.) with
theDD[nOLBYSURHOUNnlmark is specially encoded
for full, multi-channel surround sound. When
listening in Dolby Pro Logic surround, the playback
sound is reproduced as it was recorded through
the left, right, center, and rear channels. Even if all
four types of speakers are not used, Dolby
Surround sound can still be obtained.
The proper surround mode depends upon the
kinds of speakers used. Find the speaker
arrangement that corresponds to your set up
referring to the followings.
