5. PERSONALIZAR EL TELÉFONO
Para poder personalizar el teléfono, el portátil debe estar colgado.
Pulsando en la tecla , la pantalla le invitará a utilizar las teclas
ó
para que desfilen las posibilidades de ajustes siguientes:
- actualizar la hora y la fecha,
- elegir el idioma de la pantalla,
- ajustar el contraste,
- etc.
Cuando la opción deseada aparece, validar pulsando de nuevo en .
Para salir del menú de ajuste, pulsar en .
5.1 ACTUALIZAR LA HORA Y LA FECHA
La actualización de la fecha y de la hora se hará automáticamente al
recibir la primera llamada si se está abonado al servicio "Visualización
del número". Se puede también efectuar el ajuste manualmente:
� Pulsar en y utilizar las teclas ó hasta que la pantalla
indique: "FECHA/HORA".
� Acceder al submenú pulsando de nuevo en , la hora parpadeará.
� Pulsar en para ajustar la hora.
� Pulsar en para confirmar y pasar al ajuste de los minutos.
� Proceder de la misma manera: para ajustar un valor y para
validar y pasar al ajuste siguiente (día y mes).
� Validar pulsando en , cuando se haya terminado la actualización
de la fecha y de la hora.
Si se ha registrado una fecha errónea (30 de febrero, por ejemplo),
aparecerá "ERR. FECHA/H ORA" en la pantalla, pudiendo entonces
reanudarse el ajuste del día y del mes.

5.2 ELEGIR EL IDIOMA DE LA PANTALLA
Se puede elegir entre 7 idiomas: francés, inglés, portugués, flamenco,
alemán, italiano y español. Para modificar este ajuste:
� Pulsar en y utilizar las teclas ó hasta que la pantalla
indique: "ELEGIR IDIOMA".
� Acceder al submenú pulsando de nuevo en .
� Pulsar en ó para que desfilen todas las posibilidades.
� Validar la selección pulsando en .
5.3 AJUSTAR EL CONTRASTE DE LA PANTALLA
Para garantizar una buena legibilidad de la pantalla, será necesario
ajustar el contraste luminoso (5 niveles a elegir). Este ajuste depende
del lugar donde se sitúa el teléfono, así como de su posición (mural o
colocado en un mueble).
� Pulsar en y utilizar las teclas ó hasta que la pantalla
indique: "AJUS. CONTRASTE".
� Acceder al submenú pulsando de nuevo en .
� Pulsar en ó para que desfilen todas las posibilidades.
� Validar la selección pulsando en .
5.4 OTROS AJUSTES
Los ajustes siguientes son sólo para instalaciones especiales y no
necesitan modificarse durante una instalación en la red telefónica
pública española.

Si se está abonado a un contestador, así como a la visualización del
número (informarse dirigiéndose al operador), la pantalla le indicará la
presencia de un nuevo mensaje visualizando el pictograma . El
indicador luminoso parpadeará también. Para tomar conocimiento del
mensaje, llamar al servicio de mensajería
.
6.2 LOS OTROS SERVICIOS
Las teclas , y permiten acceder a servicios
suplementarios. Informarse entonces ante el operador.

8. GARANTÍA
Informamos que deberá leer atentamente el manual de utilización

europeas, certificado con la marcación CE
El producto que acaba de adquirir es un producto tecnológico, que debe
ser manipulado con cuidado.
Este producto dispone de una garantía legal en los términos y
condiciones aplicables a la venta de bienes de consumo del país
donde compró el producto.
Para cualquier información relativa a esta garantía legal, pregunte a su
vendedor.
PROBLÈMAS SOLUCIONES
No hay tono. Comprobar que el cordón de línea
está conectado a la vez a la toma
mural y a la base.
El teléfono no suena. Comprobar que el timbre no está
cortado, ver párrafo 2.2.
La voz no es audible. Comprobar que no hay ningún otro
teléfono de la instalación
descolgado en paralelo.
El contraste de la pantalla es

Sin perjuicio de toda y cualquier garantía legal del que el producto se
beneficie, ATLINKS garantiza que el producto que consta en el presente
embalaje es conforme a las especificaciones técnicas indicadas en el
manual de utilización, durante el periodo de garantía. Este periodo de
garantía tendrá inicio en la fecha de la compra de un Producto no
usado, que se presume que sea la fecha que consta en la factura o en
el ticket de compra emitido por su vendedor y en el que figura el nombre
del vendedor, y por un periodo de:
� Veinticuatro (24) meses para el teléfono, con excepción de los
consumibles, accesorios y baterías.
Cualquier reclamación realizada en el ámbito de esta garantía y durante
el periodo de garantía, deberá ser acompañada del Producto completo,
el cual deberá ser devuelto al vendedor al que compró el Producto a la
dirección correspondiente a su establecimiento de venta, tan pronto
como surja o sea conocido el defecto, juntamente con el justificante de
la compra, ya sea la factura o el ticket de compra emitido por el
vendedor especificando el lugar de la compra y el número de serie del
Producto.
Durante el periodo de garantía, el Producto o la pieza que posea un
defecto en su diseño, materiales o acabamientos será reparado o
sustituido, gratuitamente, por un producto o pieza idéntico o por lo
menos equivalente en lo que se refiere a funcionalidades y
desempeños. Si la reparación o la sustitución se revelase imposible o
fuera desproporcionada desde el punto de vista comercial teniendo en
cuenta el valor del Producto, ATLINKS reembolsará el precio que fue
pagado en la compra del Producto o sustituirá el Producto por un
producto equivalente.
En los más amplios términos permitidos por la ley, el Producto o pieza
reparados o sustituidos, que pueden ser nuevos o remodelados, se
benefician de una garantía de noventa (90) días a partir de la fecha de
la reparación o sustitución, o hasta el fin de la garantía inicial del
Producto, si ésta fuese superior a los noventa (90) días. En el caso de
que el periodo en que estuviese privado del uso del Producto por causa
de la reparación o sustitución (siempre que el Producto con defecto se
entregue a su vendedor hasta que sea puesto a su disposición) fuera
superior a seis días, el periodo de garantía será alargado por el periodo
excedente correspondiente. No obstante, si el plazo de la garantía legal
en el caso de sustitución o reparación en vigor en su país fuese
superior, sólo será aplicable la garantía legal.

Se excluyen de la presente garantía los siguientes casos:
� productos dañados por un uso o una utilización del Producto no
conforme a las instrucciones del manual de usuario;
� por una conexión incorrecta o uso inadecuado del producto, en
particular con accesorios incompatibles en los términos que constan
en el manual de utilización;
� por causa de que el Producto haya sido abierto, modificado o
equipado con piezas de sustitución no aprobadas;
� remoción del número de serie o alteración de modo que el número de
serie se torne ilegible;
� desgaste normal, incluido el desgaste normal de los accesorios,
baterías y pantallas;
� no haber respetado las normas técnicas y de seguridad vigentes en
el área geográfica de utilización;
� productos que hayan sufrido golpes o caídas;
� daños resultantes de rayos, oscilaciones de energía, proximidad a
una fuente de calor radiación, agua, exposición a temperatura
excesiva, humedad u otras condiciones ambientales o cualquier
causa externa al Producto;
� negligencia o manutención incorrecta;
� daños causados por servicios de manutención o reparación fuera de
un centro homologado ATLINKS.
Si el producto reexpedido no estuviese cubierto por la garantía, recibirá
un presupuesto de reparación que mencionará el coste de análisis y los
costes logísticos que serán cobrados en el caso de que pretenda que el
Producto le sea devuelto.
Esta garantía es válida en el país donde usted ha comprado el
producto, con la condición de que sea un miembro de la Unión Europea.
Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales imperativas, todas las
garantías que no están descritas en el presente documento son
expresamente excluidas.

O, EN GENERAL POR CUALESQUIERA DAÑOS INDIRECTOS,
INMATERIALES, CONSECUTIVOS O ACCESÓRIOS;
C) LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE ATLINKS ESTÁ LIMITADA AL VALOR
DE COMPRA DEL PRODUCTO, SALVO EN EL CASO DE

9. SEGURIDAD
Desconectar la línea telefónica antes de abrir la trampilla de pilas para
cambiar las pilas.
No trate de abrir las pilas que contienen sustancias químicas. En caso
de derrame de fluido de una batería, evite todo contacto con la piel y
las mucosas (ojos, boca, nariz). En caso de contacto con el producto,
aclare la parte afectada durante unos veinte minutos con agua del grifo
y consulte un médico de inmediato.
Limpie el teléfono con papel absorbente o un paño seco. Contacte con
su distribuidor para el reemplazo de sus pilas.

gas si está próximo al foco del escape.

10. MEDIO AMBIENTE
Este símbolo indica que el aparato eléctrico fuera de uso se
debe desechar de forma independiente y nunca junto a los

Display
1. FIRST STEPS
1.1 RECOMMENDATIONS
− Do not expose your telephone to direct sunlight or extreme
temperatures.
− Operating temperature: between + 5°C and + 40°C.
− Position the telephone at least 1 meter away from potential sources
of interference such as TVs and mobile phones.
Caution: Avoid contact with water. Use a damp cloth for cleaning. Never
use solvents (trichlorethylene, acetone, etc.) which might
damage the plastic surfaces, and never spray cleaning
products on the appliance.
Avoid using the telephone during electrical storms.
Please read this guide carefully to get to know the main features of
your TEMPORIS 07, and read the safety instructions before using it. We
also invite you to share the safety guidelines contained in this guide with
all family members, and especially children.
Parents and those in charge of very young children are reminded that
they must always be careful not to let children place any metallic objects
or plastic items or parts in their mouths, except for safe eating utensils.

1.2 INSTALLATION
Your TEMPORIS 07 telephone consists of:
− a base and a handset,
− a spiral cord and a line cord.
1. Connect the spiral cord to the end of the handset.
2. Plug the line cord into the telephone wall socket.
1.3 INSERTING OR REPLACING BATTERIES
Your telephone uses three LR6-AA 1.5 V alkaline batteries (not
supplied).
The batteries should last about 5 months under normal conditions of
use.
When the batteries are running low, the icon starts to flash on the
display; replace the batteries as soon as possible.
To install or replace the batteries:
− For safety reasons, unplug the line
cord from the wall socket.
− Lift up the battery compartment
cover.

Take the used batteries out one after
the other, replacing each one in turn
with a new battery. Make sure you put
them in the right way round, with the

Note: Without batteries or with empty batteries, your TEMPORIS 07
will still function as a basic telephone: you can make and receive
calls, but all display-dependent features (phonebook, caller ID,
call log, etc.) will be inactive.
If the batteries are removed for more than 90 seconds, the redial
memory and the call log will be deleted.
1.4 WALL MOUNTING
− Pull out the peg (small serrated plastic part) on the base and reinsert
it upside-down as shown in § 1.3).
− Drill two holes in the wall, 83 mm apart in a vertical line. Put dowels
in the holes, then insert wood screws (diameter: 3 mm; length:
30 mm) without screwing them in all the way. Secure the base onto
the screws by sliding it downwards.
You can adjust the display contrast to make it easier to read (see § 5.3).
2. USING THE TELEPHONE
2.1 RECEIVING A CALL
During the ringing phase – providing the batteries are sufficiently
charged – the red light on the handset flashes, signalling an incoming
call.
� To take the call, pick up the handset.
2.2 ADJUSTING THE RINGER VOLUME
� The ringer volume adjustment is located on the side of the base.
There are 3 levels: off ( ), quiet ( ) and loud ( ) (the light will flash
when a call is received)

2.3 MAKING A CALL
� Pick up the line by lifting the handset. The timer starts.

2.4 ADJUSTING THE EARPIECE VOLUME
During a call:
� Slide the adjuster on the side of the handset .
There are 3 levels: normal, loud, and louder.
2.5 REDIAL LAST NUMBER
� Pick up the handset.
� Press to call the last number dialled.

� Press or to select one of the last two numbers dialled.
� Press to initiate the call.
3. THE PHONEBOOK
Your TEMPORIS 07 gives you rapid access to your 25 most useful
numbers.
3.1 STORING A NAME AND NUMBER IN THE
PHONEBOOK
� Pick up the handset.
� Press to enter programming mode.
� Press one of the 5 direct memory keys (M1 to M5) or enter the 2-digit
number for one of the indirect memories (01 to 20) – you can also
scroll through these using the and keys

� Press to confirm.
� Dial the telephone number you want to store (max. 16 digits).

3.3 DELETING A MEMORY
� Pick up the handset.

� Select the memory you want to delete (M1 to M5 for the direct-access
memories) or enter the 2-digit indirect memory number (01 to 20).
� Do a long press (3 seconds) on to delete the entry.
� Replace the handset.

4. VIEWING THE CALL LOG*
If you subscribe to your network operator's “caller ID" or "number
announcement” service, your telephone will list the last 75 calls received
(answered or unanswered). This will tell you who called while you were
away, and you can also decide whether or not to take a particular call. If
you also subscribe to the "call waiting" service, you can see who is trying
to get through to you while you are already on the line.
When the handset is on-hook, the display shows:
− "WELCOME": the call log is empty.
− "01 NEW CALL" or "XX NEW CALLS": there are one or more unanswered
calls in the log. The lamp on the back of the handset flashes. When
you consult the log, the icon (for "New") will be displayed alongside
the caller's number.
− "1 CALL" or "XX CALLS": the log contains one or more calls that you
have already consulted.

4.5 COPYING A NUMBER FROM THE LOG INTO THE
PHONEBOOK

indirect memory numbers from 01 to 20.

5. CUSTOMIZING YOUR TELEPHONE
To customize your telephone, the handset must be on-hook.
When you press , the display prompts you to use the
or
keys
to scroll through the following settings options:
- Set time and date.
- Select display language.
- Adjust the contrast.
- etc.
When the desired option appears, press again to confirm.
To quit the settings menu, press .
5.1 SETTING THE TIME AND DATE
If you subscribe to the "number announcement" service, the date and
time are adjusted automatically when you receive your first call. You can
also adjust them manually:
� Press and use the or keys until the screen shows:
"DATE/TIME".
� Press again to open the sub-menu. The time flashes.
� Press to set the time.
� Press to confirm and move on to the minutes.
� Repeat the process: to select a value and to confirm and
move on to the next setting (day and month).
� Once you have finished adjusting the date and time, press to
confirm.
If you enter an invalid date (30 February, for example), the screen
indicates "DATE/TIME ERROR". You can then correct the day and month
settings.

You have a choice of 7 languages: French, English, Portuguese, Dutch,
German, Italian and Spanish. To change the selection:

LANGUAGE".

5.3 ADJUSTING THE CONTRAST
In order to be able to read the display comfortably, you may want to
adjust the contrast (you have a choice of 5 levels). The optimal setting
will depend on where your telephone is located and how it is positioned
(i.e. wall-mounted or desktop).
� Press and use the or keys until the screen shows:
"SELECT CONTRAST".
� Press again to open the sub-menu.
� Press or to scroll through the options.
� Press to confirm your selection.
