Ittakesabout90secondstocompletetheregistrationprocess.
ThehandsetdisplaysHANDSET X Registered (X representsthe
registeredhandsetnumberassignedautomatically).The

turnsoff(forXP1050)orHANDSETRegisteredwillshow(for
XP2050)andthehandsetbeepswhenregistrationcompletes.
Ifregistrationfails,thehandsetshowsRegistration failed ,thenPut

Ifyouhavedifficultywithyourphone,pleasetrythesuggestions
listedbelow.
Asageneralrule,ifaproblemoccurs,removethebatterypack
fromallthehandsetsinyourinstallationforabout1minute,then
disconnectandreconnectthepowersupplytothebaseandreinstall
thehandsetbatterypack.
The PIN on the telephone base does not work
• ThedefaultPINis0000.
• IfyouhavechangedthePIN,itwillappearonthehandsetinthe
pairingprocess.
Phone does not work
• Makesureyouinstalledthebatterycorrectly.
• Checkthatthemainspoweriscorrectlyconnected.
Handset does not ring
