IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed:

1. Read all instructions carefully.

2. Make sure the power supply corresponds to one on the rating label.

3. To avoid electrical shock, do not immerse electrical parts in water or other liquid.

4. Do not allow children to operate or play with the appliance.

5. Unplug from outlet when not in use, or before putting on/taking offparts.

6. Do not use with damaged electrical cord or plug.

7. If damaged or malfunction occurs, refer to an authorized service center only.

8. Do not place on or near hot surfaces.

9. Never pull the appliance by the power cord.

10. Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.

READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before using the fryer, wash the pot and basket thoroughly with warm and soapy water. Dry aluminum pot to maintain

a good aesthetic appearance.

2. Do not use fryer without oil or fat. Fryer will be severely damaged if heated dry.

3. This fryer has a thermal safety device. In case of thermostat failure, the electrical circuit has an automatic cutout, to

prevent overheating.

4. Should the fryer leak, please contact the company from which you purchased the fryer.

5. Use only metal kitchen utensils with insulated handles in hot oil.

6. Filter should be replaced after being used for 60 times.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

1. BASKET HANDLE allows raise/lower the basket when the lid is closed. Raise the handle up or push the handle knob

down (1&2)

2. LID OPEN BUTTON opens the lid easily automatically (3).

3. Lift the lid to a vertical position and pull it upwards for removing. (4)

4. The lid is fitted with a filter system, which collects drops of oil from the steam (5)

5. Cord storage compartment at the base (6).

6. The thermostat is calibrated in steps marked 150°C, 170°C and 190°C which offers you the best temperature to suit the

food to be fried.

7. TEMPERATURE LIGHT works automatically while it keeps on rising until the set temperature is reached.
