- Press S3 to toggle Time 1 and 2.
- T o set TIME: Press S1 to scroll to Time Mode
if not already there.
- Press and hold S2 for 2 sec onds to enter
settings. Time 1( T1) will start ashing.
T oggle with S3 to select Time 1 or 2. Pr ess
S1 to conrm and proceed to hours.
- Press S3 to incr ease, S2 to decrease digits .
Hold the button for fast scrolling . Press S1
to conrm. The same setting method is
applied to Minutes, Seconds, Y ear , Month
and Day (Press either S2 or S3 to r eset
Seconds). Press S1 to conrm.
- Press S3 to toggle 12/24 hour f ormats. If
24 hour format is selected, there will be no
AM/PM symbols. P ress S1 to conrm.
- Press S3 to toggle ON/OFF . Press S1 to
conrm.

Press S3 [ ST AR T/STOP ] to change
between time zones (Time1 and
Time2).
Setting thetime
1. Press S1 [ MODE ] to reach the“TIME” mode (time display).
2. Press and hold in S2 [ SPLIT/RESET ] for about 2 seconds to enter
thesettings mode. “Time1” will begin flashing.
3. Select time zone (T1 or T2) by pressing S3. Pr ess S1 to confirm and to
set thehours.
4. Press S3 to incr ease or S2 to decrease (keep thebutton depressed to
advance quickly).
5. Press S1 to confirm.
6. Follow thesame procedur es for: Minutes – Seconds – Y ear – Month –
12/24 hour display .
7. Zero theseconds display by pr essing S1 or S3 . (No AM/PM symbols are
visible when the24 hour format is used). T ur n thealarm signal ON/OFF
using S3 . Press S1 to confirm.
CRONO (chronograph)
Measure and record lap times and split
times up to 30 laps, with F astest lap alarm.
T o measure times with the chronograph:
- Press S3 . The lap/split time display begins
with 1/100 seconds, then seconds, then
minutes. If the accumulated times in a
run proceed to hours, the elapsed hours
appear above the primary display and
replace 1/100 seconds in the secondary
display .
- T he upper row of digits display the lap
time, and the lower ro w of digit display
the split time. The current lap number will
ash on the top row .
- Every time you nish one lap, press S2 to
record the lap time. The current recorded
lap will be ashing for 2 second. F or any
fastest lap achieved, “F ASTEST” will ash
on the top row for 2 sec onds.
- T he upper row of digits will return to sho w
the elapsed time for the next lap after the
ash. T he lower row of dig its will remain
displaying the split time non-stop.
- Press S3 to pause / stop the st opwatch.
Prompt “P AUSE” will be displayed and the
total elapsed time + current lap number
will ash alternatively . Y ou can either press
S2 to resume the stopwat ch, or you can
press S3 to end the stopwat ch.
- If you want to store the chronog raph data,
you can hold S3 for 2 seconds, and the
prompt “STORE DA T A” will appear . I t will
switch to another run after the data is
stored. (only when the session has ended.)
- If you want to clear the data, you can hold
S2 for 2 seconds to clear the chronogr aph
data. The prompt “ CLEAR ALL ” will be
displayed while you hold the key , and it
will return to RUN –01. Please
note that ALL the data inside the Chrono
data will be erased, and the display will
return to RUN –01.
CHRONOGRAPH mode
Calculates and saves lap and split times.
Fastest lap time signal.
Using thechronograph
1. Press S3. Lap and split times will be shown. Display order: 1/100
seconds, seconds, minutes (and hours if applicable). The upper row
displays lap time and thelower row displays split time (the curr ent lap time
will flash in theupper row).
2. Press S2 after each lap to save thelap time. The saved lap time
will remain flashing for 2 seconds. If thecurr ent lap is thefastest
the“F ASTEST” symbol will begin flashing in theupper row .
3. The upper row will then eventually r eturn to normal time display for
thecurrent lap. The lower r ow will display thetotal time elapsed and
then “Start”.
4. Press S3 to “Pause”/“Stop” thetime keeping. “P AUSE” will be displayed
and “T otal time” + current lap number will flash alternately .
5. Press S2 to restart timekeeping, or pr ess S3 to stop.
a. If you want to save thechronograph times pr ess and hold in S3 for
2 seconds until “STORE DA T A” appears. The chronograph is now
ready for thenext session after saving any current chronograph times.
b. If you DON’T want to save thechronograph times press and hold
in S2 for 2 seconds until “CLEAR ALL” appears. The chronograph
is now ready for thenext session and “RUN-01” will appear on thedisplay .
Note: The chronograph will be ready for r euse but all saved data will
be deleted.

6. Displaying stored data fr om each timekeeping session: Lap time,

Return to any desired saved chronograph session by pr essing
S2 therequir ed number of times to reach it.
7. Press S3 to display data for thedesired session. Pr ess S3 to display
thedata for each lap. Lap data is displayed in this order: Lap time,
total time, fastest lap and average lap time.

activate the“Settings Mode”. “HOLD/ADJUST”
will be displayed for 1 second. The hours display
will begin to flash.
2. Press S3 to incr ease or S2 to decrease. Keep thebutton depressed to
advance quickly . Press S1 to confirm and to advance to the“Minutes”
setting.
3. Press S1 when you have completed entering your settings and wish to
exit thesettings mode.
4. Press S3 to start thecountdown. Press S3 to pause/return to thecountdown.
5. Push S1 to reset thetimer .
6. About 5 seconds before thecountdown reaches 0 awarning buzzer will be
heard. Once thetimer r eaches 0 it will reverse and begin counting upwards.
Alarm
- Never attempt to disassemble or service
your stopwatch.
- Protect your stopw atch from extreme heat,
shocks and long time exposure to direct
sunlight.
- T he stopwatch can be wiped clean with a
lightly moistened cloth. Apply mild soap
to the area if there are stubborn stains or
marks. Do not expose your stopwatch t o
strong chemicals such as gasoline, clean
solvents, acetone , alcohol, insect repel-
lents, as they may damage the unit’ s seal,
case and nish.
- Store your stopw atch in a dry place when
you are not using it.
- Avoid allowing the stop watch to come into
direct contact with hair liquids, colognes,
sun block creams, and other toiletries,
which can cause deterioration of the plas-
tic parts of the stopwatch. Whenev er the
stopwatch comes into c ontact with these
or other toiletries, wipe it o immediately
with a dry, soft cloth.
- Y ou can toggle between ON/OFF by press-
ing S3 . If the alarm function is “ON” , the
alarm icon will be visible.
- Press and hold S2 for 2 sec onds to enter
Set Mode. “HOLD / ADJUST ” prompt will be
displayed for 1 second . T he hour digit will
begin to ash.
- Press S3 to increase the dig it, S2 to
decrease the digit. Hold the button for fast
scrolling. Pr ess S1 to conrm and move to
Minute adjustment.
- After all adjustments are complete, pr ess
S1 to exit set mode.
- T he alarm will sound for 30 seconds when
the alarm function is “ON” . Press any button
to stop the alarm sound.
ALARM mode
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Switch thealarm “OFF” and “ON”
by pressing S3 . When thealarm is
activated (ON) analarm (bell) symbol
will appear on thedisplay .
2. Press and hold in S2 for appr ox. 2 seconds to enter theSettings Mode.
“HOLD/ADJUST” will be displayed for 1 second. The hours display will
begin to flash.
3. Press S3 to increase or S2 to decrease. Keep thebutton depressed to
advance quickly . Press S1 to confirm and to advance to theMinutes setting.
4. Press S1 when you have completed entering your settings and wish
to exit thesettings mode.
5. The alarm will sound for 30 seconds once thepreset alarm time is reached,
if thealarm is activated. Push any button to turn off thealarm.
Care and maintenance
• Never try to disassemble or r epair thestopwatch.
• Pr otect thestopwatch from extreme heat, knocks or blows, and
prolonged exposur e to direct sunlight.
• The stopwatch can be cleaned with alightly moistened cloth. Add alittle
mild detergent for stubborn grime. NEVER use strong solvents or cleaning
agents like petrol, thinners, alcohol, etc. These can damage thehousing
and seals.
• Stor e thestopwatch in adry location when not in use.
• Do not let thestopwatch come into contact with hair car e products,
cologne, sun-block or other substances which can damage thehousing.
If any of these substances come into contact with thestopwatch, wipe it
off immediately with asoft, dry washcloth.
