Check the audio parameters.
Check that the Scart connector of your cable is properly connected.
Impossible to download a new version
Check that the available version is compatible with your equipment ( model)
Check that your software is an earlier version than the available version (software version)
Check that your dish is pointed at the satellite carrying the download.
ANALOGUE PROGRAMME (XENA 2000) :no signal received on the television, on any channel
Check the Scart connections on your XENA 2000, as well as on your television.
If you have connected your XENA 2000 to your television by means of a coaxial cable, check that your
television is perfectly adjusted on the right broadcasting channel (Factory setting : Channel 38 )
Check that your satellite antenna cable has not been disconnected.
