If the oven is used for long periods at
maximum temperature (for example
when grilling), the glass door can get hot
(up to about 55ºC). Make sure that
children stay away from the oven.
This can damage the enamel because all
the heat stays under the foil, the baking
sheet or the roasting pan.
The oven and the kitchen cupboards cool
off faster as a result of the cooling fan.
This helps extend their lifetime.
This protection is built in to prevent the
control panel, the glass door and the
kitchen cupboard from getting too hot
At oven temperatures up to 240 C the
glass door will not get hotter than
80 C, which is a relatively safe
t e m p e r a t u r e .
Enamel damage to the bottom of the
oven is not covered by the guarantee.
As soon as the oven has cooled down
sufficiently, it automatically switches
on again.
