STANDARD EAR MOULDS (DOMES) AND
CUSTOM EAR MOULDS (CLIC MOULDS)
Your hearing system has one of the following ear moulds:
CLIC MOULD Dome
CLEANING EAR MOULDS
Cerumen (earwax) on the ear
mould affects the quality of sound
negatively.
Always clean the ear moulds as soon
as you have removed them from
your ear. The cerumen will then not
dry out and harden.
Remove cerumen with a soft cloth.
No other tools are required.
If cerumen has dried and hardened, wet a soft cloth with a ceru-
men removal solution. Dab the ear mould with the cloth and wait
for a moment until the cerumen is loosened.
If you use a dome: Clean it by
squeezing the tip of the dome.
