10. Disconnect from mains power supply before cleaning and maintenance.
11. Charge battery pack in temperatures above 5°C and below 41°C.
12. The ventilation openings of the charger must be open at all times.
13. Do not short-circuit the battery pack.
Short-circuiting the battery pack causes the flow of high currents. This can cause
overheating, fire or explosion or damage to the battery pack or personal injuries.
THEREFORE
• Do not connect any cables to the battery terminals.
• Ensure that no metal objects (nails, paper clips, coins, etc.) are present in the battery contacts.
• Do not expose the battery pack to water or rain.
• Only use the supplied battery pack with this cordless combi drill to avoid malfunctions and/or
risks.
14. A damaged battery pack must be disposed of as hazardous waste. Do not dispose of batteries
with the household waste.
15. Do not dispose of the battery pack in fire or water. Danger of explosion!
ELECTRIC SAFETY
When using power tools always observe the local safety regulations with regard to risk of fire, electric
shock and injury. Besides these instructions also read the special safety instructions.
Always ensure that the power supply corresponds with the specifications on type label.
Ensure that the mains power supply corresponds with the input voltage of the charger.
The charger is double insulated and needs not be connected to an earthed wall outlet.
EXCHANGE MAINS POWER CABLE
The manufacturer or his authorized service center must exchange the mains power cable to avoid
hazards.
• Disconnect the battery pack during periods of non-use, before maintenance work and when
changing tools (such as drill or screw bits).
Operation
BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove the multitool and all accessories out of the packaging and check all parts for damage in
transit. Keep packaging materials out of reach of children. There is risk of suffocation!
The multi tool may only be used for dry sanding work. The machine is suitable for working on wood,
metal, plaster, plastic and filler surfaces. The sanding paper pads can also be used for removing rust,
old paint and intermediate sanding. The round and straight cutting blades are suitable for cutting
wood and plastics.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
Charge the battery before first use. In contrast to Ni-Cad or MH batteries Lithium-Ion batteries
do not have a memory effect. The capacity of other batteries decreases steadily but the capacity

  • MULTITOOL TD8501Auch das 2.Gerät welches ich in Garantie ausgetauscht bekam, hat keinerlei Funktion. Die Betätigung des Ein/Ausschalters zeigt keinerlei Wirkung.
    Der Akku ist vollgeladen. Trotz längeren Ladens werden nur 8,14 Volt erreicht.
    Doch das dürfte nicht der Grund für die Nichtfunktion sein.
