TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION

The oven is not working. Power cut.

Disconnection from the mains.

Check for the presence of mains electrical power and

whether the oven is connected to the electricity supply.

Turn off the oven and restart it to see if the fault persists.

The display shows the letter “F” followed

by a number or letter. Oven failure.

Turn off the oven and restart it to see if the problem

persists.

Try to perform the “FACTORY RESET” from, selectable from

“SETTINGS”.

Contact you nearest Client After-sales Service Centre and

state the number following the letter “F”.

The oven does not heat up.

When “DEMO” is “On” all

commands are active and menus

available but the oven doesn’t

heat up.

DEMO appears on display every 60

seconds.

Access “DEMO” from “SETTINGS” and select “Off”.

The light switches off. “ECO” mode is “On”. Acceed “ECO” from “SETTINGS” and select “Off”.

The door will not open. Cleaning cycle in progress. Wait for the function to finish and for the oven to cool

down.

The home power goes off. Power setting wrong.

Verify if your domestic network has at least a rating of more

than 3 kW. If no, decrease the power to 13 Ampere. Access

“POWER” from “SETTINGS” and select “LOW”.

The App fails to recognize the appliance.

The appliance is unable to establish a

stable connection to my home router.

Missing connection to the router

or to the App.

Appliance not connected.

Internal error.

WiFi off.

Check that the WiFi router is connected to the Internet.

Check that the WiFi signal close to the appliance is strong.

Try to restart the router.

See the “Connectivity FAQs” section.

If your home wireless network settings have changed,

connect to the network again following the steps on the

App. The setup procedure has to carry out again only if

you change your home network properties (name and

password).

Router settings: NAT must be on, rewall and DHCP must be

properly congured. Password encryption supported: WEP, WPA,

WPA2. To try a dierent encryption type, please refer to the

router manual.

Carrier settings: if your internet service provider has xed the

number of MAC addresses able to connect to the internet, you

may not be able to connect your appliance to the cloud. The

MAC address of a device is its unique identier. Please ask your

internet service provider how to connect devices other than

computers to the internet.

The icon blinks on the display.

Connection attempts are running

in background.

Connection unavailable.

It’s a normal behaviour during the setup procedure; you

just have to wait for the automatic configuration to finish

the procedure (it may take a few minutes).

Once the connection is established, the icon will stop to

blink.

Check that the home network is working correctly and its

properties have not changed (name and password)

The appliance is connected but I cannot

dialogue with it through the App. Remote Control could be OFF. Tap the Remote control key on the Control Panel to

activate the Remote Control
