F ollow the instructions on the symbols of the garment ’ s wash
care label . The value indicated in the symbol is the maximum
recommended temper ature for washing the garment.
Daily W ash & Dr y
use programme 1 to w ash and dr y mixed garments (c otton and
synthetics). This cycle may be used to wash and dry loads of up to 3,5 kg;
we recommend the use of liquid det ergent.
The use of the steam in this prog ramme is optimised to reduce the
formation of creases on garments , mak ing them easier to ir on.
Shirts W ash & Dr y
Use programme 2 t o wash and dr y shirts and T -shir ts in dier ent fabrics
and colours to ensure maximum car e. This cycle may be used to wash and
dry loads of up to 2 kg. T o achieve optimum results, use liquid detergen t
and pre-treat cus, collars and stains . T he use of the steam in this
programme is optimised to r educe the formation of creases on garments,
making them easier to iron.
Pre Iron
Use this programme immedia tely before ironing; max. 1,5 kg load . T he
use of the steam in this programme is optimised t o reduce the formation
of creases on garments, making them easier to iron.
Steam Refresh
F or refreshing garments, neutralised unpleasant odours and r elaxing the
bres by delivering st eam into the drum. The garments will be damp at
the end of the cycle.
Cotton
Suitable for washing to wels, underwear , table cloths, etc. made of
resistant linen and cotton tha t are moderately to heavily soiled .
Synthetics
Suitable for washing moderat ely soiled garments made of synthetic bres
(e.g. poly ester , polyacrylic, viscose, etc.) or mix ed synthetic- cott on bres.
Anti-Stain 45’
This cycle is ideal for washing daily stains in 45’ . It is ideal for mixed fabrics
and coloured garments.
If the dr ying option is selected, a drying cycle automatically activates at
the end of the wash cycle that resembles open-air drying, with the added
advantages of preserving garments from yellowing due to sunligh t
exposure and prev enting loss of whiteness caused by the possible
presence of dust in the air . Dr yness level “A2 ” recommended.
Anti-Stain 100
This cycle is suitable to heavily-soiled garments with resistan t colours. It
ensures a washing class that is higher than the standar d class (A class).
When running the programme , do not mix garments of dierent colours .
W e recommend the use of powder deter gent. Pre-treatment with special
additives is recommended if ther e are obstinate stains.
If the dr ying option is selected, a drying cycle automatically activates at

Whites
F or heavily soiled whites and resistant colours.
Eco C otton
Suitable for washing moderat ely soiled cotton garments. At 40°C and
60°C it is the standard cycle for washing cott on garments, and is the most
ecient in terms of combined water and electricity consumption.
Colours
F or washing coloured cotton garments. This programme is optimised to
keep colours bright even after repeat ed washing.
Ultra Delicates
F or washing ver y delicat e garments. It is advisable to turn the garments
inside out before washing them. F or best results, use liquid detergent on
delicate garments.
When selecting an exclusively time-based dr ying function, a drying c ycle
is per f ormed at the end of the wash c y cle that is par ticularly delicate ,
thanks to light handling and appropriate t emperature control of the
water jet.
The recommended dur ations are:
1 kg of synthetic garments --> 150 min
1 kg of synthetic and cotton garments --> 180 min
1 kg of cotton garments --> 180 min
The degree of dryness depends on the load and fabric composition.
W ool - Woolmark Apparel Care - Green:
The Wool w ash c ycle of this machine has been appr oved
by The Woolmark C ompany for the washing of wool
garments labelled as “ hand wash ” provided that the
products are washed accor ding to the instructions on the
garment label and those issued by the manufacturer of
this washer-dr y er (M1318). The Woolmark logo is a
Certication mark in many countries.
F ast 30’
F or washing lightly soiled garments in a shor t time . Not suitable for wool,
silk and garments to be washed by hand.
Rinse
Designed for rinsing and spinning.
Spin & Pump out
Designed for spinning and draining the wa ter .
DISPLA Y
The display is useful when prog ramming the washer-dr yer and pro vides
plenty of information.
Section A displays the duration of the v arious available wash cycles and,
once the cycle starts, the time remaining to the latter’ s end (the display will
show the maximum duration of the selected cycle which may decrease
after a few minutes, as the actual duration varies in r elation to the laundr y
load and the chosen settings); if the DELA Y ST ART option was set, the
display will show the time remaining t o the star t of the selected wash cycle.
Moreover , pressing the relativ e button allows for visualising the maximum
values for the temper ature, spin speed or type of dr ying r elative to the
selected programme or the most rec ently selec t ed ones, if compatible
with the selected programme.

Section C displays – star ting fr om the lef t – the ic ons corresponding to
“temperature ” , “spin ” and “ delay start ” .
The “temperature ” bars indicate the maximum temperatur e level
that can be selected for the chosen cycle.
The “ spin” bars indicate the maximum spin speed that can be
selected for the chosen cycle.
The symbol lights up while the drying settings are being adjusted.
Locked door indicator
When lit, the symbol indicates that the door is locked . T o prevent any
damage, wait until the symbol turns o bef ore opening the door .
T o open the door while a cycle is in progress, pr ess the ST AR T/P AUSE
button ; if the symbol is o , the door can be opened.
FIRSTTIME USE
Once the appliance has been installed, and bef ore it is used for the rst
time, run a wash cycle with detergent and no laundry , by setting the
“ Auto-Clean” c y cle.
DAIL Y USE
Prepar e the laundr y by f ollowing the suggestions appearing under the
“ TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS” section.
- Press the ON/OFF butt on ; the indicator light rela tive to ST ART/P AUSE
will ash slowly .
- Open the door . Load the laundr y while making sure not to ex ceed the
maximum load quantity indicated in the wash cycle table.
- Pull out the deter gent dispenser drawer and pour the detergent in to the
relevant compartments, as described in the “DE TERGENT DISPENSER
DRA WER” sec tion.
- Close the door .
- The machine automatically displays the maximum t emperature and spin
speed values for the selected cycle, or the most rec ently used settings if
they are compatible with the selected cycle. P ressing the button
gradually reduces the t emperature down to the cold wash “OFF” setting.
Pressing the button gradually reduc es the spin speed until it is
completely ex cluded (“OFF” setting). Pressing the buttons further restores
the maximum allowed values f or the selec t ed c ycle .
- Select the desired wash cycle.
- Select the desired options.
- Press the ST ART/P AUSE button to start the wash cycle; the relative
indicator light will light up steady and the door will lock ( symbol on).
P A USING A CY CLE
T o pause the wash cycle, press the ST AR T/P AUSE button again; the
indicator light will ash. T o start the wash c ycle fr om the point at which it
was interrupted, pr ess the ST ART/P AUSE button again.
OPENING THE DOOR, IF NECESSAR Y
Once a cycle starts, the symbol turns on to signal that the door cannot
be opened. While a wash cycle is running, the door remains locked . T o
open the door while a cycle is under way , for example, to add or r emove
garments, press the ST ART/P AUSE button to pause the cycle; the
indicator light will ash. If the symbol is not lit, the door may be
opened. Pr ess the ST ART/P AUSE button again to continue the cycle.
