F ollow the instructions on the symbols of the garment ’ s wash
care label . The value indicat ed in the symbol is the maximum
recommended temper ature for washing the garment.
Anti-Stain 100
This cycle is suitable to heavily-soiled garments with resistan t colours. It
ensures a washing class that is higher than the standar d class (A class).
When running the programme , do not mix garments of dierent c olours.
W e recommend the use of powder det ergent. Pr e -treatment with special
additives is recommended if ther e are obstinate stains
Anti-Stain 45’
This cycle is ideal for washing daily stains in 45’ . It is ideal for mixed fabrics
and coloured garments.
Whites
F or heavily soiled whites and resistant colours .
Bed&Bath
F or washing home linen in a single cycle. It optimises the use of fabric
softener and allows for sa ving time and electr icity . We r ecommend the
use of powder deter gent.
Eco cott on
Suitable for washing moderat ely soiled cotton garments. At 40°C and
60°C it is the standard cycle for washing cott on garments, and is the most
ecient in terms of combined water and electricity consumption.
Mixed
T o wash mixed and coloured it ems together .
Cotton
Suitable for washing to wels, underwear , table cloths, etc . made of
resistant linen and cotton tha t are moderately to heavily soiled .
Synthetics
Suitable for washing moderat ely soiled garments made of synthetic bres
(e.g. poly ester , polyacrylic, viscose, etc .) or mixed synthetic-cotton bres.
Colours
F or washing coloured cotton garments . This programme is optimised to
keep colours bright even after repeat ed washing.
Rapid 30’
F or washing lightly soiled garments in a short time. Not suitable for wool,
silk and garments to be washed by hand.
W ool - W oolmark Appa rel Care - Green:
The “Wool” wash cycle is approv ed by the Woolmark
Company f or washing wool garments classied as
“hand-washable ” , provided that the wash complies with
the instructions appearing on the garment ’ s label and
with those provided by the manufacturer of this washing

Darks
F or washing dark-coloured garments. The wash cycle is designed to
preserve dark colours over time.
W e recommend using a liquid detergent f or best results, pr eferably when
washing dark-coloured garments.
Ultra-delicate
F or washing very delicate garments. It is advisable to turn the garments
inside out before washing them. F or best results, use liquid detergent on
delicate garments.
Duvets
Suitable for washing clothing padded with goose down, such as single
duvets (weighing under 2 kg), cushions or down jackets . Duvets should
be loaded into the drum with their edges folded in wards and no more
than ¾ of the total drum volume should be used up . F or best results, it is
advisable to use liquid detergent t o be poured into the detergent dr awer .
Rinse
Designed for rinsing and spinning.
Spin & Drain
Designed for spinning and draining the wa ter .
DI S P L A Y
The display is useful when prog ramming the washing machine and
provides plenty of information.
Section A displays the duration of the various available wash cycles and,
once the cycle starts, the time remaining to the latter’ s end (the display
will show the maximum duration of the selected cycle which may
decrease after a few minutes , as the actual duration varies in relation to
the laundry load and the chosen settings); if the DELA Y ST ART function
was set, the display will show the time r emaining to the start of the
selected wash cycle.
Pressing the c orresponding button allows f or viewing the maximum spin
speed and temperature v alues attained by the machine during the set
wash cycle, or the most recen tly selected values, if these are compatible
with the chosen wash cycle.
The “washing phases” r elative to the selected cycle and the “washing
phase” of the running cycle appear in section B :

Section C displays – star ting from the left – the icons corresponding t o
“temperature ” , “ spin” and “ delay start ” .
The “temperature ” bars indicate the maximum temper ature level
that can be selected for the chosen cycle.
The “ spin ” bars indicate the maximum spin speed that can be
selected for the chosen cycle.
When lit, the “ delay ” symbol indicates that the chosen “Delay start”
value appears on the display .
Locked door indicator
When lit, the symbol indicates that the door is locked . T o prevent any
damage, wait until the symbol turns o bef ore opening the door .
T o open the door while a c ycle is in prog ress, press the ST ART/P A USE
button ; if the symbol is o , the door can be opened.
FI R S T T IM E U SE
Once the appliance has been installed, and bef ore it is used for the rst
time, run a wash cycle with detergent and no laundry , by setting the
“ Auto-Clean” cycle.
DA IL Y U SE
Prepar e the laundr y by follo wing the suggestions appearing under the
“ TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS” section.
- Press the ON/OFF butt on ; the indicator light rela tive to ST ART/P AUSE
will ash slowly green.
- Open the door . Load the laundry while making sure not to exceed the
maximum load quantity indicated in the wash cycle table.
- Pull out the deter gent dispenser drawer and pour the deter gent into the
relevant compartments, as described in the “DE T ER GE N T D IS PE NS ER
DR AWER ” section.
- Close the door .
- The machine automatically display s the maximum temperature and spin
speed values for the selected cycle, or the most rec ently used settings if
they are compatible with the selected cycle. P ressing the button
gradually reduces the t emperature down to the c old wash “OFF” setting.
Pressing the button gradually reduces the spin speed until it is
completely ex cluded (“OFF” setting). Pr essing the buttons further restores
the maximum allowed values f or the selected c ycle.
- Select the desired options.
- Press the ST ART/P A USE button to star t the wash cycle; the relative
indicator light will light up steady g reen and the door will lock (
symbol on).
P A U SI N G A C YCL E
T o pause the wash cycle, press the ST ART/P AUSE button again; the
indicator light will ash amber . T o start the wash cycle from the point at
which it was interrupted, pr ess the ST ART/P AUSE button again.
OP E N IN G TH E DO O R, I F N EC E SS A RY
Once a cycle starts, the symbol turns on to signal that the door cannot
be opened. While a wash cycle is running, the door r emains locked. T o
open the door while a cycle is under way , for example , to add or remove
garments, press the ST ART/P A USE button to pause the c ycle; the
indicator light will ash amber . If the symbol is not lit, the door may be
opened. Pr ess the ST ART/P AUSE button again to continue the cycle.

T o change a wash cycle while it is in progress, pause the washing machine
using the ST ART/P AUSE button (the relative indica tor light will ash
amber), then select the desired cycle and press the ST ART/P AUSE
button again.
! T o cancel a cycle that has already begun, press and hold the ON/OFF
button. The cycle will be stopped and the machine will switch o .
A T THE E N D O F TH E W A S H C YCL E
This will be indicated by the w ord “END” on the display; when the
symbol switches o , the door may be opened. Open the door , unload the
laundry and switch o the machine. If you do not press ON/OFF
button, the washing machine will switch o automatically after about a
half of an hour .
