F ollow the instructions on the symbols of the garment ’ s wash
care label . The value indicated in the symbol is the maximum
recommended temper ature for washing the garment.
Anti-Stain 100
This cycle is suitable to heavily-soiled garments with resistan t colours. It
ensures a washing class that is higher than the standar d class (A class).
When running the programme , do not mix garments of dierent colours .
W e recommend the use of powder deter gent. Pre-treatment with special
additives is recommended if ther e are obstinate stains
Anti-Stain 45’
This cycle is ideal for washing daily stains in 45’ . It is ideal for mix ed fabrics
and coloured garments.
Whites
F or heavily soiled whites and resistant colours .
Bed&Bath
F or washing home linen in a single c ycle . I t optimises the use of fabric
softener and allows for sa ving time and elec tricity . W e recommend the
use of powder deter gent.
Eco cott on
Suitable for washing moderat ely soiled cotton garments. At 40°C and
60°C it is the standard cycle for washing cott on garments, and is the most
ecient in terms of combined water and electricity consumption.
Mixed
T o wash mixed and coloured it ems together .
Cotton
Suitable for washing to wels, underwear , table cloths, etc. made of
resistant linen and cotton tha t are moderately to heavily soiled .
Synthetics
Suitable for washing moderat ely soiled garments made of synthetic bres
(e.g. poly ester , polyacrylic, viscose, etc.) or mix ed synthetic-cotton bres.
Colours
F or washing coloured cotton garments. This programme is optimised to
keep colours bright even after repeat ed washing.
Rapid 30’
F or washing lightly soiled garments in a shor t time. Not suitable f or wool,
silk and garments to be washed by hand.
W ool - W oolmark A pparel Care - Green:
The “Wool” wash cycle is appro ved by the Woolmark
Company f or washing wool garments classied as
“hand-washable ” , provided that the wash complies with
the instructions appearing on the garment ’ s label and
with those provided by the manufacturer of this washing

Darks
F or washing dark-coloured garments. The wash cycle is designed to
preserve dark colours over time.
W e recommend using a liquid detergent f or best results, pref erably when
washing dark-coloured garments.
Ultra-delicate
F or washing very delicate garments. It is advisable to turn the garments
inside out before washing them. F or best results, use liquid detergent on
delicate garments.
Duvets
T o wash double or single duvets (weighing under 3,5 kg), cushions or
down jackets. Duvets should be loaded in to the drum with their edges
folded inw ards and no more than ¾ of the total drum volume should be
used up. F or best results, it is advisable to use liquid detergent to be
poured into the deter gent drawer .
Rinse
Designed for rinsing and spinning.
Spin & Drain
Designed for spinning and draining the wa ter .
DI S PL A Y
The display is useful when prog ramming the washing machine and
provides plenty of information.
Section A displays the duration of the various available wash cycles and,
once the cycle starts, the time remaining to the latter’ s end (the display
will show the maximum duration of the selected cycle which may
decrease after a few minutes , as the actual duration varies in relation to
the laundry load and the chosen settings); if the DELA Y ST AR T function
was set, the display will show the time r emaining to the star t of the
selected wash cycle.
Pressing the c orresponding button allows for viewing the maximum spin
speed and temperature v alues attained by the machine during the set
wash cycle, or the most recen tly selec ted values , if these are compatible
with the chosen wash cycle.
The “washing phases ” relative to the selected cycle and the “washing
phase” of the running cycle appear in section B :

Section C displays – star ting from the left – the icons corr esponding to
“temperature ” , “ spin” and “ delay start ” .
The “temperature” bars indicate the maximum temperatur e level
that can be selected for the chosen cycle.
The “spin ” bars indicate the maximum spin speed that can be
selected for the chosen cycle.
When lit, the “ delay” symbol indica tes that the chosen “Delay start ”
value appears on the display .
Locked door indicator
When lit, the symbol indicates that the door is locked . T o prevent any
damage, wait until the symbol turns o bef ore opening the door .
T o open the door while a cycle is in progress, pr ess the ST ART/P AUSE
button ; if the symbol is o , the door can be opened.
FI R ST TI M E U S E
Once the appliance has been installed, and bef ore it is used for the rst
time, run a wash cycle with detergent and no laundry , by setting the
“ Auto-Clean” c ycle .
DA IL Y US E
Prepar e the laundr y by follo wing the suggestions appearing under the
“ TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS” section.
- Press the ON/OFF butt on ; the indicator light rela tive to ST ART/P AUSE
will ash slowly .
- Open the door . Load the laundr y while making sure not to exceed the
maximum load quantity indicated in the wash cycle table.
- Pull out the deter gent dispenser drawer and pour the detergent in to the
relevant compartments, as described in the “D E TE RG EN T D IS PE NS ER
DR A W ER ” sec tion.
- Close the door .
- The machine automatically displays the maximum t emperature and spin
speed values for the selected cycle, or the most rec ently used settings if
they are compatible with the selected cycle. P ressing the button
gradually reduces the t emperature down to the cold w ash “OFF” setting.
Pressing the butt on gradually reduces the spin speed until it is
completely ex cluded (“OFF” setting). Pressing the buttons further restores
the maximum allowed values f or the selected c ycle.
- Select the desired options.
- Press the ST ART/P AUSE button to start the wash cycle; the relative
indicator light will light up steady and the door will lock ( symbol on).

T o pause the wash cycle, press the ST AR T/P AUSE button again; the
indicator light will ash. T o start the wash c ycle from the point a t which it
was interrupted, pr ess the ST ART/P AUSE button again.

Once a cycle starts, the symbol turns on to signal that the door cannot
be opened. While a wash cycle is running, the door remains locked . T o
open the door while a cycle is under way , for example, t o add or remove
garments, press the ST ART/P AUSE button to pause the cycle; the
indicator light will ash. If the symbol is not lit, the door may be
opened. Pr ess the ST ART/P AUSE button again to con tinue the c ycle .
CH A NG I NG A RU N NI N G WASH C YCLE
T o change a wash cycle while it is in progress, pause the w ashing machine
using the ST ART/P AUSE button (the r elative indicator light will ash),
then select the desired cycle and press the ST ART/P AUSE button
again.
! T o cancel a cycle that has already begun, press and hold the ON/OFF
button. The cycle will be stopped and the machine will switch o .
A T T HE E ND O F T H E W A S H C YCL E
This will be indicated by the w ord “END” on the display; when the
symbol switches o , the door may be opened. Open the door , unload the
laundry and switch o the machine. If you do not press ON/OFF
button, the washing machine will switch o automatically after about a
half of an hour .
