Check the phone number and try again.
Have you activated call barring? If so, please disable
all call barring.
Check whether the SIM card is registered on the
network.
Check whether enough credit is on your SIM card.
You do not receive incoming calls:
Check whether the SIM card is registered on the
network.
Check whether the phone is turned on.
Check the signal strength
