Operating steps
ATTENTION: make sure that the minimum fi lling quantity is in the jug (see marking on the jug). The appliance can only be switched on when the sensor is covered by liquid ingredients. For the
maximum fi lling quantity, pay attention to the marking on the jug.
For mashing and mixing, proceed as follows:
Turn the rotary knob to and the appliance will mix as long as the rotary knob
is held in the position. If you release the rotary knob, the function is switched off
automatically.
Turn the rotary switch to level 1 or 2 or and the appliance will mix continuously until
the rotary knob is moved to

To cook soups, sauces and jams, proceed as follows:
The button fl ashes when you insert the mains plug into the mains socket.
Press the button. An acoustic signal sounds and the button lights up conti-
nuously if liquid ingredients were fi lled up to the minimum fi lling quantity marking.
Press the button or to run the cooking programme.
Note: If there are not enough liquid ingredients or none at all, i.e., the minimum quantity marking is not reached, the
button on the operating panel fl ashes and an acoustic signal sounds as
soon as the mains plug is inserted into the mains socket. Fill up to the minimum quantity marking with liquid ingredients. Press the
button again. An acoustic signal sounds and the but-
ton lights up continuously. You can start mixing or run a cooking programme.
