BEKO UK AND ROI PARTS GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This 10 year parts guarantee relates to Beko products. To confirm if your Beko appliance h as our 10-year parts guarantee

you can visit our website at beko.co.uk/guarantee-terms or telephone our registrations team on 0800 497 0732.

The Parts guarantee terms and conditions are in addition to our Standard guarantee terms and conditions detailed in the

previous section.

In order to activate the 10 year parts guarantee you MUST register the appliance within 90 days of the original

purchase date. You can register by visiting our websites. For UK customer visit beko.co.uk/register or phone 0800

497 0732. For ROI customers visit beko.ie/register or phone 1800 911 690. Our Beko branded appliances carry FREE

replacement parts for the first 10 years, provided they are fitted by our Service Representatives, at the applicable

labour charge.

Beko free standing appliances come with a 12 month parts and labour guarantee as stan dard.

Beko built-in, integrated appliances or American fridg e freezers co me with a 12 month parts and labo ur guarantee as standard.

This is extended to 24 months, free o f charge, upo n registration o f the appliance. When you register your appliance for

add itional guarantee, you will automatically activate the 10 year p arts g uarantee. You do not n eed to register twice.

To make a claim against your Beko Parts Guarantee (the “Guarantee”), all customer and pro duct details must be registered

with Beko plc using the proced ure outlined below:

1. Th is extra 9 years (fo r free standing appliances) or 8 years (for built-in or integrated appliances or American fridge

freezers) guaran tee is only effective after th e exp iration of the stan dard manufacturer’s g uarantee.

2. It is only valid for certain mod els o f Beko brand ed p roducts serviced or repaired by Beko plc Authorised Service

Represen tative and Own Engineers (the “Service Representative”) and does not cover any labour charge or any:

a. Components including but not limited to cabinet or ap pearance parts, control knobs, flaps and handles.

b. Accesso ries and/or consumable items includ ing but not limited to ice trays, scrapers, cutlery baskets, filters

and light bulbs.

3. To activate your guarantee, yo u MUST register your app liance within 90 days of the original purchase date, For UK

customers, visit beko.co.uk/reg ister o r phone 0800 497 0732. For ROI customers visit beko.ie/register or p hon e 1800

911 690.

4. Registrations mad e after 90 days o f the orig inal purchase date, may be req uired to pay an ad dition al fee to activate

the 10 year free p arts guarantee.

5. Any repair must be carried o ut by a Service Representative and booked directly with Beko plc.

6. Labour for the repair is not included in this g uarantee an d is ch argeable at th e time of bo okin g a repair.

7. Th e repair is g uaranteed for 12 months for the same defect.

8. In the unlikely even t that the app liance is beyond economical repair we may at the sole discretion of Beko plc offer

you an ap pliance at a red uced price. Our call o ut fee will still apply.

9. If the fault can’t be iden tified and the appliance is functioning normally a call out fee will apply.

10. Th e guarantee is no t transferable an d can no t be exchanged fo r cash.

11. Th ere are no altern ative or ad ditional o ffers to th is guarantee.

12. Th e guarantee is exclusive of the manufacturer’s stand ard guaran tee.

14. All prices are subject to ch ange with out notice.

15. Th e Terms an d Conditions sh own above are in addition to the standard terms and conditions of your product

guarantee. Please read an d refer to such Terms and Co nd itions wh en makin g any claim.

16. We may use the information you pro vide fo r marketin g purposes and to analyse yo ur purchasing preferences. We

may keep yo ur info rmation for a reason able perio d fo r these p urposes in accordan ce with the ap plicable Data

Protection Laws and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). You can opt into this service during the
