ATWARNING :An internet connection on your smart device is required to complete the

HomeWhiz setup. Otherwise, the HomeWhiz app will not let you complete the setup

procedure successfully. Contact your Internet service provider if you are having

problems with your Internet connection.

VS The HomeWhiz app may ask you to enter the product number listed on

the product label. The product label is located on the inside of the

appliance door. The product number is indicated on the label.

4.3.15.2 Configuring a washing machine connected to another account

If the washing machine you want to use was previously entered into the system with

another account, you must establish a new connection between your HomeWhiz app

and the product.

• Download the HomeWhiz app to the new smart device you want to

use.

• Create a new account and log into it on the HomeWhiz app.

• Follow the steps described in HomeWhiz Setup (4.3.15.1 HomeWhiz

Setup) and complete the setup procedure.

Since the HomeWhiz and remote control functions on your device are performed via pairing

using Bluetooth technology, only one HomeWhiz app can be used at a time.

4.3.15.3 Remote control function and use of this function

After HomeWhiz setup, Bluetooth is automatically enabled. To enable or disable

the connection via Bluetooth, please refer to section 4.3.8.2 Bluetooth 3”.

If you turn your machine off and on again while Bluetooth is active, it will

reconnect automatically. In the event that a paired device becomes out of range,

Bluetooth will automatically turn off. For this reason, you will need to re-enable

Bluetooth if you want to use the remote control feature. You can check the

Bluetooth symbol on the screen to track the connection status. If the symbol is

continuously lit, you have a Bluetooth connection. If the symbol flashes, the

product is trying to connect. If the symbol is off, you have no connection.

ATWARNING :When the Bluetooth connection is activated on your product, the remote

control function can be selected.

If the remote control function cannot be selected, check the connection status. If the

connection cannot be established, repeat the initial setup procedure on the device.

WARNING :For security reasons, the product door remains locked when the remote

control function is activated, regardless of the service mode. If you want to open the

product door, you must turn the program selector or press the remote control button to

deactivate the remote control function.
