Moisture in the fan housing.
yDripping or splashing water has penetrated the fan
housing.
yLiquid (e.g. from vases, bottles on the device) has
penetrated fan housing.
☞Immediately shut off the power supply, by removing
the fuse.
☞Make sure that the power supply cannot be
unintentionally reconnected. For example by tasking
a person with ensuring that the fuse/breaker is not
restored/switched on.
☞Ensure that no more liquid can penetrate the fan
housing.
☞Allow the fan housing to cool down.
☞Have the fan housing inspected and repaired by
qualified, specialist personnel prior to using the device
again.
The buttons on the control panel do not respond, the 7-segment
display on all cooking zones and on the extraction shows “L”.
yThe locking function is switched on.
☞Switch the locking off.

The display on the control panel shows “E…”.
yAn error message prevents use of the device.
☞Disconnect the device from the power supply for at
least 10 minutes.
☞Reconnect the device to the power supply.
☞Switch the device on.
The display on the control panel shows “E03”.
yAn object or a liquid is covering the buttons of the
control panel. This may continuously actuate a button.
☞Clean the control panel.
The display on the control panel shows “E20”.
yA communication error has occurred.
☞De-energise the device.
☞Check that the mains cable and the electrical
connection cable are not kinked, crushed or damaged.
☞Switch on the device again.
The display on the control panel shows “E25, E26, E27, E28”.
yThe hob has overheated.

☞Turn off the device.
☞Allow the device to cool down.
☞Switch on the device again.

yThe air inlet of the fan is clogged.
☞Turn off the device.
☞Remove the disruptive objects from the air inlet of the
fan.
☞Switch on the device again.
The display on the control panel shows “U400”.
yThe power supply is too high (> 270 V).
☞De-energise the device.
☞Switch on the device again.
The display on the control panel shows “U401”.
yThe power supply is too low (< 160 V).
☞De-energise the device.
☞Switch on the device again.
The extractor hood does not respond to inputs on the device.
yThe power supply is switched off.
☞Check whether the all-pole mains switch is switched
on.
☞Switch the mains switch on.
yThe software of the extractor hood requires a restart.
☞Interrupt the power supply for approx. 10 seconds.
After a power interruption, the “Raise” button flashes.
yThe power supply dropped out whilst the drive motor
was in operation. The ceiling lift hood is in calibration
mode and requires a reference run.
☞Press the “Raise” button.
The device moves fully upwards once again and then into
the set top end position.
The “Raise” and “Lower” buttons flash but the ceiling lift hood
does not move.
yThe safety switch-off took place because a problem was
detected (e.g. faulty winding or tearing of a suspension
rope).
☞Please consult your dealer or customer services.
Noises during cooking (e.g. humming, clicking or whistling).
yThis is not a fault! Even if the device is working perfectly
and the cookware is suitable for induction hobs,
noises may arise during cooking.

If a fault persists:

If the device or individual components (e.g. mains or electrical
connection cables) are damaged, it is prohibited to use the
