Approved cars for iZi Sleep ISOﬁx

provided that the car is equipped with ISOﬁx

The iZi Sleep ISOﬁx is a semi-universal ISOﬁx child restraint system.

It is approved to regulation 44.04 series of amendments for general

use in vehicles ﬁtted with ISOﬁx anchorage systems. It will ﬁt vehicles

with positions approved as ISOﬁx positions (as detailed in the vehicle

handbook), depending on category of the child and of the ﬁxture.

The mass group and the ISOﬁx size class for which this device is

intended is : E. The iZi Sleep ISOﬁx is suitable for ﬁxing into the seat

positions of the cars listed below, providing approved ISOﬁx points

are ﬁtted and available. Seat positions in other cars may also be

suitable to accept this child restraint, however we have not yet tested

that combination of car and iZi Sleep ISOﬁx. If in doubt, consult either

When the support leg is positioned on a storage compartment in

front of the car seat, this compartment has to be completely ﬁlled up

with Expanded Poly Styreen foam (EPS), so that the cover can hold

the forces of the support leg. Consult the car dealer, if they offer a

special solution. When the ﬂoor under the ﬂoor support is unsufﬁcient

to hold the forces you can not use the iZi Sleep ISOﬁx in this position

of the car. Carseat positions marked with * can have a storage

compartment in front of the seat.

Installation in the rear seat of a car can limit the space for a

passenger in the front seat. Always check iZi Sleep ISOﬁx in your car

to verify if the available space is acceptable for your situation.

! Notice: DO NOT use on a passenger seat ﬁtted with activated

frontal airbag.
