14. Battery and disposal
A lithium battery is included in the scope of supply and has already been inserted. Battery life is approxi-
mately 18 months.
The battery for the heart rate monitor should only be replaced by a specialist (any watch repairs shop).
Otherwise warranty claims become null and void.
Used batteries should not be placed with household rubbish. Dispose of them through your
specialist electrical supplier or your local recycling point. You are legally obliged to do this.
