Plug connector (53), coming out of the
main post, into connector (84), coming
out of the boss on the main body (A),
Fig.7A.
Slip the main post (B) over the boss (A)
on the main body in the direction of the
arrow, Fig.7, making sure not to snag
any of the cables.
ATTENTION: Make sure that the
tension control (62) functions correctly
by turning it clockwise and
anticlockwise.
Fit the screws (16), along with the
washers (17) and (49), removed
previously, Fig.7, and tighten securely.
Fit front screws (48) with the grower
washer (17), the corrugated washers
(49), fit the washer (15) and the nut
(59) on the other end of the screw and
tighten securely.
Lower the bottom trim section for the
main post (B) down over the boss
section of the main body (A), Fig.8.
6. FITTING THE FEET.-
Take the left foot (30), insert tube
(105) and align the holes on the two
tubes on the inside of tube (18) in the
direction of the arrow, Fig.8.
Next, take the knob (103) and screw it
clockwise onto tube (18).
Then take the right foot (96) and insert
the tube into tube (94) in the direction
of the arrow, Fig.8.
Next, take the knob (103) and by
aligning the holes on the two tubes
screw it clockwise onto tube (94).
7. FOCUS BAR SETTINGS.-
To adjust the angle of the feet for
doing exercise and the length of the
focus bar swing,
turn knob (103) anticlockwise to
loosen it slightly, hold the foot and pull
the knob outward.
Sliding tube (105) into tube (18) will
reduce the length of focus bar swing
and pulling the tube (105) out will
increase the length of the swing.
8 FITTING THE UPPER
FOCUS BARS.-
Take the top left bar (5) (marked with
the letter “L”), connect the terminal (8)
coming out of the bottom of the bar
with the terminal (55) coming out of the
bottom bar. Fig.9.
Insert the top bar onto the bottom left
focus bar (18), lining up the letters (L),
Fig.9, fit the screws (7), the curved
washers (9) and the cap nuts (10) and
tighten securely. Now go through the
same procedure for the top right focus
bar (92).
9. FITTING THE ELECTRONIC
MONITOR.-
ATTACHING THE FEEDBACK CABLE.
Take hold of the cable (53), which is
sticking up out of the main post (B),
Fig.10, and plug it into the connector
(53a) at the back of the electronic unit
(43), as shown in Fig.10
FITTING THE HAND-GRIP CABLE.
Take hold of the Hand-grip connectors
(54 & 55), sticking out of the main post
(B), and plug them into the connectors
(54a & 55a) located at the back of the
monitor (43), as shown in Fig.10.
ATTACHING THE MONITOR.
Release screws (44), Fig.11, at the
back of the monitor.
Next, slide the front of the monitor onto
the plate on top of the main post (B) in
the direction of the arrow, Fig.11, push
