2. Intended use
The bicycle comput er is exclusiv ely designed for
displaying and collecting information (e .g . average
speed, time etc .) while using a bicycle. It is only
intended for priva te use and is not suitable for the
commer cial sector . Only use the bic ycle c omputer as
described in these operating instructions. An y other
use is consider ed to be improper use and ma y result
in property damage or even personal injur y . No lia-
bility is assumed for damage or injur y r esulting from
non-obser vance of these opera ting instructions or
improper use .
3. Safety instruc tions
Read the safety instructions thor-
oughly .
This bicycle computer can be used
by children fr om the age of eight
and abov e, as well as b y persons
with impaired physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or a lack
of experience and kno wledge, if
they are supervised or have been
briefed on the safe use of the for e-
arm trainer and the resulting haz-
ards. Childr en are not permitted
to play with the bicycle computer .
Cleaning and user maintenance
must not be per formed b y children
without super vision.

The bicycle comput er contains small parts. Childr en
can swallow these while playing and chok e on
them. Keep the small parts away fr om children.
DANGER FROM BUTTON CELLS!
The butt on cell operation oc curs with button cell
type CR 2032.
NOTE !
4. Risk of damage!
- Improper handling of the bicycle c omputer can
lead to damage.
- Operat e the bicycle computer in an ambient t em-
peratur e of between -10° C and +50° C.
- Do not expose the bicycle computer to an y perma-
nent moistur e.
- A void dust, heat and long-lasting dir ect sunlight
- Never repair the bicycle computer y ourself . In case
of technical pr oblems, con tact the ser vice addr ess
provided on the guar antee car d.
- If the button cell compartment can no longer be
closed securely with the housing lid , dispose of
the bicycle computer as described in the “Disposal”
chapter .
- T o av oid prematur e depletion of the button cell,
the magnet should not be directly in con tact with
the sensor while the bike is left standing for a
longer period of time. Please r emove the button
cells, if the bicycle c omputer is not being used for
a longer period of time.
5. Safety instruc tions regar ding
button cells:

- Button cells should be stor ed where
they are inac cessible for children.
Button cells may be fa tal if swal-
lowed , so this bicycle computer and
its button cells must be st ored out of r each for
small children.
W ARNING!
EXPL OSION HA ZARD: With im-
proper replacement of the butt on
cells.
- Button cells to be r eplaced may only be replaced
with the same type of button cells. P ay attention
to the corr ect polarity, when r eplacing the button
cells. If nec essar y , clean the button cell and the
contacts of the bicycle computer prior t o inser tion.
EXPL OSION HA ZARD: Never r e-
charge non-r echargeable butt on cells, do
not shor t-circuit and/or open them. This
may r esult in overheating , risk of fire or bursting.
A TTENTION! L eaked or damaged but-
ton cells ma y cause acid burns if they
come int o contact with skin. Do not
touch leaked butt on cells with bar e hands; there-
fore , ensure that y ou wear appr opriate pr otective
gloves in such a case!
- If a button cell has been sw allowed, please c onsult
a doctor without delay .
- Only use CR 2032 t ype button c ells from the same
manufacturer for the sensor and bicycle computer .
- Stor e button cells in a dry and cool, not damp ,
place.
- Never thro w button cells int o fire . Explosion haz-
ard
- Never expose button c ells to exc essive heat . In-
creased risk of leakage!
- D o not deform button c ells. Risk of explosions and
possible injuries to persons.
- Disposable button cells also lose part of their ener-
gy during storage .
- Remove the button cells if the bicycle c omputer is
not in use.
- Immediately remo ve depleted button c ells from
the bicycle computer and dispose of them cor-
rectly with your loc al collection centr e.
- Stor e disposable button cells separa tely fr om
discharged ba tteries, in or der to av oid mix-ups.
6. Information about solar cells
This bicycle comput er is fitted with solar cells ,
which conv er t light ener gy into electric current.
This extends the service lift of the button cell. But-
ton cells ar e nevertheless requir ed for the energy
supply in case of darkness and those of the sensor .
7. Check bic y cle computer
Prior to initial use , check whether the bicycle com-
puter is complet e and undamaged.
8. Assembly
8.1 Assembly point on the bic y cle /
Ther e are 2 assembl y points for the computer and 1
assembly point for the sensor/magnet , see Fig . (a).
8.2 Assemble bracket and bicycle
computer
Assembly on the stem / Fig. (b-c)
Inser t the rubber base C under the bracket of the
bicycle computer B .
Place the brack et B with the rubber base C on
the stem ( Assembly P oint (1)) and insert t wo c a-
ble ties H thr ough the designated guides on the
bracket B . Pull the cable ties H tightly , so that
the entir e bracket is firmly a ttached. C ut off the
exc ess ends of both cable ties H with scissors. The
bracket is no w assembled.
Assembly on the handlebar stem / Fig. ( d)
Place the brack et B with the rubber base C on
the handlebar stem ( Assembly P oint (2)) and
inser t two cable ties H through the designat ed
guides on the bracket B . Pull the cable ties H
tightly , so that the entire br acket is firmly a ttached.
C ut off the excess ends of both cable ties H with
scissors. The brack et is now assembled.
Assembly of the bic y cle computer / Fig . (e)
Slide the bicycle computer A ont o the bracket
B until it clicks int o place. T o remov e the bicycle
computer fr om the brack et, pr ess the locking hook
downwar ds and pull the bicycle computer out of
the bracket .
8.3. Assemble the sensor and
magnet
Assembly of the sensor / Fig. (f -g)
Place the rubber base E on the sensor D .
NOTE !
The batt ery cover of the sensor must be facing
away fr om the spokes during assembly .
Hold the sensor D with the rubber base E on
the fork tube (Assembl y Poin t (3)) and inser t two
cable ties H through the designated guides on the
sensor D . Pull the cable ties H tightly , so that the
rubber base E and sensor D are firmly a ttached.
C ut off the excess ends of both cable ties H with
scissors. The sensor is now assembled .
