This operation should only be necessary if one of your handsets becomes
faulty or lost and needs to be replaced.
A de-registered handset will have on the
display.
1. Press <MENU/OK>.
2. Press <UP/DOWN> to select and then press <MENU/OK>.
3. Press <UP/DOWN> to select and then press <MENU/OK>.
4. Modify the displayed , if necessary, using <DEL/INT> to delete digits
and the keypad to enter new ones, then press <MENU/OK> to conrm.
5. Press <UP/DOWN> to select the handset number you want to remove, and
then press <MENU/OK> to conrm, and a conrmation beep will sound.
The System is used for registration / de-registration of handsets, setting
some functions and for accessing the answering machine remotely. The
default System code is 0000. The maximum length of the System
is 8 digits.
If you forget your code, you can reset it to its default 0000 using
a handset Reset (see 7.8).
1. Press <MENU/OK> to enter the Main Menu list.
2. Press <UP/DOWN> to select and then press <MENU/
OK> to select.
3. Press <UP/DOWN> to select and then press <MENU/OK> to show
4. Enter the current System (default 0000) and then press <MENU/
OK> to show
5. Enter your new system (minimum 4 digits, maximum 8 digits), and
then press <MENU/OK> to show
6. Enter your new system again and press <MENU/OK> to conrm it.
A conrmation beep is played.
The Block List allows you to program up to 30 phone numbers that you want to
block, and for which the phone will not ring nor accept at the answering machine.
is displayed on the handset and in the Call Log, when a
call is received from a programmed number.
This function is only applicable if you subscribe to the Caller Display
service on your phone line. The call will be blocked if the incoming Caller
Display number matches one stored in the Block List.
