• For mounting the hood drill in total 9x mounting

holes with approx. 8 mm diameter into the wall.

Insert the supplied dowels.

• Affix the brackets (01) for the hood body and (02)

for the upper shaft end at the pre-marked posi-

tions using the screws 5x ST4x40mm

• Before inserting the hood, affix the connection

piece with the non-return valves from the top of

the extraction duct.

• Hereupon a flexible exhaust hose (supplied) with

an inner diameter of 150 mm must be attached.

• Check the correct position of the exhaust hose

and connect it with the outlet opening.

• Pull up the inner shaft and fix the shaft cover to

the side with the bracket (02) using the screws

• Remove the aluminum grease filter (see “Clean-

ing the aluminum grease filter).

•

Place the carbon filter onto the air

intake of the extraction duct.

Make sure that the mounting pins

on the extraction duct engage the mounting slots

of the carbon filter. Turn the filter clockwise until it

clicks into place.

• Reinstall the aluminum grease filter.

• Do not modify the appliance plug. If the plug does

not fit properly to the outlet, let install a proper

outlet by an authorized specialist.

• The accessibility of the power plug must be en-

sured to disconnect the appliance from the power

the specifications of the appliance. The specifica-

tions are printed on the rating label.

• Connect the mains cable to a properly installed

and earthed wall outlet.

• If the plug after installation is not accessible, a

corresponding disconnect device must be availa-

ble to meet the relevant safety regulations.
