Fan run-on time
Switching on
Note: If an intensive mode is activated, fan run-on is not
available.
1. Select the fan level.
2. Press the + button.
The fan continues to run at this set fan level for 10 minutes
and then switches off automatically once this time has
elapsed. If the lighting is switched on, it remains on once the
run-on time has elapsed.
Switching off
Press the
# button.
The fan run-on ends before the remaining run-on time has
elapsed.
Lighting
The lighting can be switched on and off independently of the
ventilation system.
Switching on or off
Press the
B button.
Setting the brightness
Press and hold the
B button until the desired brightness is
reached.
Saturation display
When the metal grease filters or the activated charcoal filter
are/is saturated, a signal sounds for approx. four seconds after
the fan is switched off.
The bar above the corresponding button flashes:
■ Metal grease filter: E
■ Activated charcoal filter: F
If you have not yet done so, carry out the following steps now:
■ Clean the metal grease filters or replace the activated
charcoal filters; see section Cleaning and maintenance or the
"CleanAir air recirculation module" printed supplement.
■ Reset the saturation indicator; see section Cleaning and
maintenance.
Resetting the saturation displays
1. Press the E button.
The saturation indicator for the metal grease filter no longer
flashes and is reset.
2. Press the F button.
The saturation indicator for the activated charcoal filter no
longer flashes and is reset.
Switching over the display for circulating-air mode
Starter set for circulating-air mode
For air recirculation, the electronic control display must be
switched over accordingly:
1. Check whether the extractor hood is connected and switched
off.
2. Press and hold the # and + buttons at the same time until
the bars above button 1 and
F light up.
The electronic control is switched over to air recirculation.
CleanAir recirculation module
For air recirculation, the electronic control display must be
switched over accordingly:
1. Check whether the extractor hood is connected and switched
off.
2. Press and hold the # and + buttons at the same time until
the bars above button 1 and
F light up.
3. Press and hold the # and + buttons at the same time until
the bars above button 2 and
F light up.
The electronic control is switched over to air recirculation.
Switching over the display for exhaust air mode
1. Check whether the extractor hood is connected and switched
off.
2. Press and hold the # and + buttons at the same time until
the bar above the
E button lights up.
The electronic control is switched back to air extraction.
Audible signal
Switching on
1. Switch off the fan.
2. Press and hold the # and C buttons for approx.
three seconds.
An audible signal sounds. The audible signal is switched on.
Switching off
1. Switch off the fan.
2. Press and hold the # and C buttons for approx.
three seconds.
An audible signal sounds. The audible signal is switched off.
