You can accelerate the defrosting
process by placing a pan of hot water
inĂthe freezer compartment.

or propellants which attack plastic.

hazard.
While the refrigerating unit is running,
beads of condensation or hoarfrost
formĂat the back of the refrigerator
compartment. This is quite normal.
ItĂisĂnot necessary to wipe off the
condensation or frost. The rear panel
defrosts automatically. The condensation
runs into the condensation channel
3 and is conveyed to the refrigerating
unit where it evaporates.
Keep the condensation channel
and drain hole 3 clean so that the
condensation can drain.
1. Pull out the mains plug or switch off the
refrigerator at the main fuse box.
2. Clean the refrigerator with lukewarm
soapy water.
3. Use clear water only to wipe the door
seal clean and then rub it thoroughly
dry.
4. When you have cleaned the
refrigerator, plug it into the mains again
and switch it on.
Do not use cleaning agents that contain
scouring powder or acidĆbased solvents.
The water used for cleaning must not be
allowed to penetrate the temperature
selector or interior light 2.
Clean the drainage channel and outlet
hole 3 at regular intervals so that
thawed water can flow out freely.
Clean the drainage channel with a cotton
bud or similar item.
The water used for cleaning must not be
allowed to pass out through the drainage
hole and into the evaporator tray.
Do not clean the shelves and storage
racks in a dishwasher. They could be
deformed!
