Recall
Used to access some BT Select
Services and when using your phone
with a switchboard.
Redial/Pause
Press to redial the last number called.
Inserts a Pause when storing a number
in the directory or a one-touch button.
Store
Lets you store numbers in the
directory and one-touch buttons.
Directory
Opens the directory for storing
and dialling numbers.
Volume
Adjust the volume for the
handsfree speaker, handset and headset.
Headset socket
Lets you connect a headset (available
separately).
One-touch memory buttons
Each button holds a stored name and
number.
Keypad
Ringer volume
Switch between Hi, Lo and Off.
Line sockets
Data uses the 2nd line if connecting to a PC,
Fax machine or other device.
Line indicators
In use – indicator is on.
Line in use by another
phone – flashes occasionally
Line on hold – flashes slowly
Incoming call – flashes rapidly
No line connection – light comes on then
goes off.
Display shows
NO CONNECTION.
New calls in the Calls list – flashes slowly when
the line is not in use
