Caller Display and the Calls list
Y ou must subscribe to a Caller Display ser vice for this f eatur e to work. Y our network
provider may char ge you for this service.
View and dial from the calls list
The
icon ashes to indicate a new missed call, you must open the item in the
calls list to stop it ashing in the standby screen. Once all new calls have been
viewed, the icon will stop ashing.

Help Most problems can be xed with a f ew simple checks.
Problem Solution
No dial tone Only use the cables and batteries supplied.
Make sur e both the mains power adaptor cable and
telephone line cord ar e plugged into the correct sockets.
Poor speech quality Make sur e the product is not located too close to other
electrical appliances. This can also help improve the handset
range fr om the base.
Battery icon not full/

Make sur e you charge the batteries for 24 hours bef ore use
to ensure maximum batt er y performance.
Using br oadband on the
same phone line?
Make sur e you plug the phone into
the wall socket via an ADSL micr olter
(not supplied), other wise you may
have problems with this pr oduct and
your broadband service.
Answer machine not
answering calls
Check the answer machine is on and set to Answer & Recor d.
Also check that the ring delay is set to answer befor e any
voicemail ser vice (e.g. 1571) on the line. The default is 5 rings.
