If your Freestyle 520 Plus is more than 12
months old, you will need to phone one of the
following numbers for it to be repaired:

You can phone these numbers between
9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will have to pay for this repair service.
Or you can take your phone to your nearest BT
shop. They will send it for repairs. (There will
be a postage charge for this.)
Some suppliers offer an extended guarantee
scheme for longer than 12 months. Please ask
your supplier for details.
Protecting your Freestyle 520 Plus
Most electrical appliances are affected by
thunderstorms. Cordless phones are particularly
at risk. To protect your Freestyle 520 Plus,
unplug it from the mains power supply and
phone line during thunderstorms.
