14.17 Checking the gas control valve; cable
connections
z Disconnect the heating system from the power
supply, remove the main fuse or switch off the circuit
breaker.
z Set the main switch on the BC10 to "0" (Off).
z Remove the casing.
z Check that the plug of the gas control valve has been
installed correctly (see fig. 71, pos. 1).
z Fit the casing.
z Connect the heating system to the power supply,
insert the main fuse or switch on the circuit breaker.
z Set the main switch on the BC10 to "1" (On).

z Remove the casing.
z Connect the heating system to the power supply,
insert the main fuse or switch on the circuit breaker.
z Set the main switch on the BC10 to "1" (On).
z Start up the appliance.
z Use a volt-ohm-multiammeter to check that, while
operating code .</D is displayed, there is a voltage
on the plug of the gas control valve. The test must
indicate a voltage of 20 – 24 VDC both when testing
on the central and left contacts and when testing on
the central and right contacts (see fig. 72).

z Fit the casing.

  • Heizung ausgefallen Display zeigte L3 214 an,ich habe die Heizung Aus und dann wieder ein geschaltet und sie lief wieder ist das ein Fehler? Eingereicht am 28-1-2019 16:31

    • Hallo, Das Gebläse wird während der Sicherheitszeit abgeschaltet.

      Ursache 1: Beide Steckverbindungen am Gebläse kontrollieren.
      Ursache 2: Ansteuerung 230V des Gebläses prüfen, Versorgungskabel des Gebläses prüfen
      Ursache 3: Tachokabel des Gebläses auf Kabelbruch prüfen
      Ursache 4: Gebläsekabel mit Stecker und Gebläse prüfen
