3) Preheating:
Allow the cooking plate to pre-heat on full power for 1
minute to reach the ideal cooking temperature for
grilling food.
4) Cooking:
The cooking plate has been treated with a high quality,
non-stick coating on which food can be cooked health-
ily without adding fat.
As the fat is collected in the water tray, the food is
cooked in a perfectly healthy way (with no residual or
burned fat) and remains tasty and tender.
The plate reaches its highest temperature (ideal for sear-
ing grilled meat) after one minute of pre-heating.
Place the food on the plate and then use the knob that
controls the gas output (3) to adjust the cooking tem-
perature to suit your requirements.
It is also possible to adjust the cooking intensity by posi-
tioning the food at different places on the plate. The
temperature is higher in the centre and a lower towards
the outer edge.
Do not handle the cooking plate when it is in use. To add
water to the water tray (4), pour it into the hole marked
"A" (fig.7).
5) Turning off:
When you have finished cooking, turn the tap off by turn-
ing the knob (3) clockwise as far as it will go ("-" direc-
tion of the arrow).

All gas containers can be removed even if they are not
empty.

about 15 min.) remove the cooking plate (5), the water
tray (4) and empty out the water.
Clean the parts that are greasy with gas leak solution or
a non-abrasive detergent. (Do not use a scouring pad
or abrasive products on the cooking plate (5) or water
tray (4)).
To facilitate cleaning, the cooking plate (5) and the water
tray (4) can be washed in a dishwasher.
Reassemble the parts of the appliance as indicated in
paragraph B.
The appliance must be stored in a well ventilated cool
and dry place, out of the reach of children. Never store

If the appliance is not to be used for a long time, discon-
nect the gas container from the appliance as indicated
in paragraph G1 or G2.
