manipulate the vacuum hose. When rocks or chunks of

stone/masonry are drawn into the vacuum hose, cease

work and clean the vacuum hose immediately. Prevent

the vacuum hose from being bent or creased.

• Use the wall saw machine only as intended for.

• Observe the general requirements for construction sites.

• Provide for good ventilation.

• Ensure that the work area is free of obstructions. For

longer grinding jobs, the vacuum cleaner must be able to

move along freely and at the right time.

• Wear hearing protection, protective goggles, a dust mask

and gloves as required. As dust mask, use at least a

particle-ﬁltering class FFP 2 half-mask.

• Use a suitable vacuum cleaner for cleaning the work-

place. Prevent settled dust from being swirled up by

sweeping.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Necessary tools:

• Wrench 6 mm.

• Screwdriver or pin.

To install the diamond cutting blade follow next steps (see

page 4, image A):

• Disconnect from the power supply.

• Loosen the depth locking leaver (#10).

• Remove the ﬂange cover from the blade guard.

• Move the motor until the ﬂange with bolt appears before

the hole.

• Loosen the bolt with the delivered wrench and remove

the ﬂange. It is possible that the bolt is stuck. In that case:

use a pin or screwdriver between the diamond cutting

blade’s teeth to block the axle, and loosen the bolt.

• Check the condition of the ﬂange set. The surfaces

between the ﬂange and the diamond cutting blade need

to be clean and must ﬁt exactly.

• Mount the new diamond cutting blade. Please pay

attention to the direction of rotation. The direction on

the diamond cutting blade has to be identical to the

machine’s rotation direction.

• Mount the ﬂange on the axle.

• Screw the bolt in the axle.

• Prevent the diamond cutting blade from turning by

blocking it with a screwdriver or pin between the teeth of

the diamond cutting blade and tighten the bolt.

Use the same procedure to change a worn diamond

cutting blade.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before cutting in a wall, ﬂoor or similar object: investigate

whether the object contains any electric, water or gas

conduits. If necessary, use a locator for detecting conduits

in the object.

Only use diamond cutting blades.

It is strictly forbidden to use other blades, like circular

woods blades, because the extra necessary protection fails.

Do not use deformed, damaged or bad diamond cutting

blade.

The voltage of the wall socket must be similar to the

voltage indicated on the machine.

To prevent unintentional starts, the wall saw machine is

provided with a lock-o button (#12).

For further use of the machine please check the safe-

guards for proper functioning. In case of damage to the

case or other parts, these need to be repaired or repla- ced

by a professional service department. Don’t use other

equipment that cannot be ﬂawlessly switched ON and OFF.

While using, please hold the machine with both hands

Starting the machine:

• Connect to the power supply.

• Press the lock-o button (#12).

• Press the main ON/OFF switch (#13).

• Release the switch (#13 ) to turn the machine OFF.

Adjust the cutting depth.

The depth of the cut needs to be adapted to

of the hardness of the material to be cut.

Using the machine as followed will prevent

any overload.

Cutting in concrete has to be done in steps of 2,5 to 5 cm

of depth; so for instance: a depth of 12 cm depth can be

reached in 2 or 3 steps. Cut brick in steps of 5 to 8 cm,

depending on the hardness of the stone.

Adjust the cutting depth:

• Disconnect from the power supply.

• Loosen the depth locking leaver (#10).

• Adjust the saw depth by moving the motor along the rails.

• Lock the depth locking leaver (#10).

Use the right diamond cutting blade.

Choose a type of diamond cutting blade which is suitable

for the material to be sawn. We advice CARAT diamond

cutting blades. Please read all the instructions of the dia-

mond cutting blades.

Make sure that the diamond cutting blade is turning in the

right direction. Check the arrow on the blade guard for the

correct direction.
