3-step temperature sliding switch
With the 3-step temperature sliding switch (h) you can select the power and
therefore the temperature.
= full temperature
= mean temperature
= low temperature
COOL SHOT push button

With the COOL SHOT push button (e) you can lower the air temperature while the ap-
pliance is switched on. COOL = Cool position. Lowering of air temperature depending on
the position of the sliding switches for cooling down the dried hair sections.
Note!
The blue LED (b), on top of the appliance, lights up showing that the function is activated
(see Fig. 1). The COOL SHOT push button can be locked.
Switch settings
= low air volume, 600 watt power
= low air volume + cool position, 250 watt power
= low air volume, 1050 watt power
= mean air volume + cool position, 330 watt power
= low air volume, 1500 watt power
= mean air volume + cool position, 330 watt power
= large air volume 1200 watt power
= large air volume + cool position, 500 watt power
= large air volume, 1600 watt power
= large air volume + cool position, 500 watt power
= large air volume, 2200 watt power
= large air volume + cool position, 500 watt power
= appliance is switched off
› Cleaning and maintenance

• Protect the appliance from dust, dirt and fluff. From time to time remove and clean
the air inlet grille (c). For that, press the release key PUSH (d) (see Fig. 2 and 3). All
elements must be dry before being inserted. Insert the air inlet grille (c) until it stops
“click“ (see Fig. 3).
• Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Protect your appliance! Do not use sharp or abrasive cleaning agent.
• You can clean your appliance with a slightly damp cloth and dry it with
a soft dry cloth.
› Environment and Disposal
Never dispose of your appliance with the regular household waste. Follow the
waste disposal regulations of your locality or return your appliance to retailer.
› Guarantee
The guarantee covers this product for a period of 2 years, with the exception
of individual parts, beginning on the date of original purchase. Use of the
guarantee does not result in extension of the guarantee period. The guarantee
covers manufacturing faults and material faults in original parts.
This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear and damage to
the product by accident or misuse, abuse, alteration to the product or use
inconsistent with the technical and/or safety instructions required.
If your product requires repair, you should contact an authorized service dealer.
Never dispose of your appliance with the regular household waste. Follow

retailer. Retain the retailer’s receipt as proof of purchase.
