SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

and hope that we will have a gr eat deal of pleasure with it. Please take
heed of the enclosed notes and instrucons and follow them closely
concerning assembly and use.

Our products ar e all tested and there fore repr esent the highest curren t
saf ety standar ds. However , this fact does not make it unnecessary to
observe the follo wing principles strictly .
1. Assembly the machine exactly as described in the installa on in-
strucons and use only the enclosed, specic parts of the machine.
Bef ore assembling , verify the completeness of the delivery against the
delivery noce and the complet eness of the carton against the assem-
bly steps in the ins tallaon and opera ng instrucons.
2. Befor e the rst use and at regular intervals (appro ximately every
50 Oper ang hours) check the ghtness of all screw s, nuts and other
connecons and the access shas and joints with some lubricant so
that the saf e operang condion of the equipmen t is ensured.
3. Set up the machine in a dry , level place and protect it fr om mois-
ture and wat er . Uneven parts of the oor must be compensated by
suitable measures and by the pro vided adjust able parts of the machine
if such are installed. Ensure that no contact occurs with moisture or
water .
4. Place a suitable base (e. g. rubber mat, wooden board etc.) beneath
the machine if the area of the machine must be specially protect ed
agains t indentaons, dirt etc.
5. Befor e beginning training, remove all objects within a radius of 2
metres fr om the machine.
6. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to clean the machine and
employ only the supplied tools or suitable t ools of your own to assem-
ble the machine and f or any necessary repair s. Remove drops of sweat
from the machine immediat ely aer nishing training.
7. W ARNING! Sys tems of the heart frequency supervision can be
inex act. Excessive training can lead to serious health damage or to
the death. Consult a doctor before beginning a planned training pro-
gramme. He can dene the maximum exeron (pulse, W as, dura on
of training etc.) to which you may expose yourself and can give you
precise informaon on the correct posture during training, the targets
of your training and your diet. Never train aer eang large meals. If
you are under medical treatment that has an impaired heart rate or
other res tricons, medical advice must be obtained in advance. Note
that this device is not suitable f or therapeuc purposes.
8. Only train on the machine when it is in correct working order . Use
original spare parts only f or any necessary repairs. W ARNING! R eplace
the worm parts immediately and k eep this equipment out of use unl
repaired.
9. When seng the adjustable parts, observe the correct posion
and the marked, ma ximum seng posions and ensure tha t the newly
adjusted posion is corr ectly secured.
10. Unless otherwise described in the instrucons, the machine must
only be used for training by one person at a me. The exer cise me
should not overtak e 90 min./daily .
11. W ear training clothes and shoes which are suitable f or tness
training with the machine. Y our clothes must be such that they can-
not catch during training due to their shape (e.g. length). Y our training
shoes should be appropriat e for the trainer , must support your feet
rmly and must hav e non-slip soles.
12. W ARNING! If you noce a feeling of dizziness, sickness, chest pain
or other abnormal sympt oms, stop training and consult a doct or .
13. Never for get that sports machines are not toys. They must there-
for e only be used according to their purpose and by suitably inf ormed
and instructed per sons.
14. People such as children, inv alids and handicapped persons should
only use the machine in the presence of another person who can give
aid and advice. T ake suitable measures to ensure that children nev-
er use the machine without supervision. This cross trainer can be used
from 14 y ears without further age and body height res tricons.
15. Ensure that the person conducng training and other people never
move or hold an y parts of their body into the vicinity of moving parts.
16. At the end of its lif e span this product is not allowed to dispose
over the normal household waste, but it mus t be given to an assembly
point for the recycling of electric and electronic components. Y ou may
nd the symbol on the product, on the instrucons or on the packing.
The materials are reusable in accordance with their marking. With the
re-use, the material ulizaon or the protecon of our environment.

17. T o protect the envir onment, do not dispose of the packaging ma-
terials, used baeries or parts of the machine as household was te. Put
these in the appropriate collecon bins or bring them to a suitable col-
lecon point.
18. For speed dependent operaon mode, the braking resistance lev-
el can be adjustable manually and the variaons of power will depend
on the pedaling speed. For speed independent operaon mode, the
user can set the wanted power consumpon level in W a, const ant
power level will be k ept by various braking resistance levels, that will
be determined automacally by system. That is independent on the
pedaling speed.
19. The machine is equipped with 24-step resist ance adjustment.
This makesit possible to reduce or increase the braking resist ance and
thereby thetr aining ex eron. Pressing the buon “-” f or the resistance
seng towar dsstage 1 reduces the br aking resistance and thereby the
training exeron.Pr essing the buon “+” for the resistance seng to-
wards stage 24 increasesthe braking resistance and thereb y the tr ain-
ing exeron. The individual human performance that is required for
ex ercising during training can deviate from the indicated mechanical
performance.
20. This machine has been test ed in compliance with DIN EN ISO
20957-1:2014 and EN ISO 20957-9:20016 “H,A ” . The maximum al-
lowed training weight is specied as 150 kg. The classicaon of HA
means this exer cise bik e is designed foe home use only and with good
accuracy class, the variaons of power consuming are within ±5W up
to 50W and ±10% over 50W . This item’ s computer corresponds to the
basic demands of the EMC Direcve of 2014/30 EU .
21. The assembly and opera ng instrucons is part of the product. If
selling or passing to another person the documenta on must be pro-
vided with the product.
