When the alarm is switched on, a display for the setting of the alarm time appears after confirming with

the

MR-button. The time flashes in the lower display.

Set clock

The time can be set here (see chapter 5.1)

The date can be set here (see chapter 5.1)

6.5.4 Set personal values

The personal values like birth date, weight, sex, heart rate limits and countdown can be set and the

CICLO

Zone® ‚-calculation can be started here.

Set birth date

The birth date can be set here.

The year appears flashing in the upper display and can be set with the UR-/LR-button.

Afterwards the month flashes in the lower display and can be set.

The day flashes in the lower display next and can be set.

Set weight

The weight can be set here.

Select sex

The sex can be selected here (male, female).

In-Zone

The

CICLO

Zone® and the personal maximum and minimum limit of the heart rate can be calculated

here, based on the current recovery heart rate, age, sex, fitness level and among others.

Note: before calculating the

CICLO

Zone® , the HAC5 already has to indicate the heart rate, this

means the transmitter belt must be worn and the transmitter search must be started so that the HAC5

can receive signals from the transmitter belt. Choose a resting position (sitting is best) during the cal-

culation.

Then call up the

CICLO

Zone® ‚ calculation (via the quick menu or the main setting mode).

After confirming with the MR-button, the display for entering of the birth date, weight, sex and fitness

level appears (when these values were already set just confirm each by pressing the MR-button

shortly).

The personal fitness level (estimation of your fitness) can be set when the fitness level display appears.

Range: 1 – 4,

which means:

1 – not exercised

2 – poorly exercised

3 – well exercised

4 – top form

After having confirmed with the MR-button the

CICLO

Zone® ‚ calculation can be started.

A 5-minutes countdown now runs in the lower display. During this time the current heart rate is

measured. After the 5 minutes ended, a short signal can be heart and the minimal heart rate measured

in this time is indicated in the upper display.
