GENERAL WARNINGS
1.1 Introduction
Dear Customer,
First
of
all
we
wish
to
thank
you
for
the
trust
placed
in
us
by
purchasing
one
of
our
products.
Please
read
and
carefully
follow
the
advice
given
in
this
installation,
use
and
maintenance
manual
in
order
make
best
use
of
the
product.
Make
sure:
-
to
have
installation,
testing
and
cleaning
carried
as
described
in
this
manual;
otherwise
warranty
will
be
invalidated.

to
have
the
fume
exhaust
pipe
checked
by
a
specialised
technician;
-
to
send
us
the
warranty
certificate
duly
filled
in
;
For
operation
faults,
doubts
or
problems
please
contact
your
nearest
service
centre.
1.2 Safety rules
-
Read
the
use
and
maintenance
manual
before
installing
the
stove.
-
Connect
the
stove
to
the
flue
by
means
of
an
inspectionable
terminal.
-
Make
sure
the
stove
is
cold
before
doing
any
cleaning
or
maintenance
work.
-
Do
not
use
flammable
liquids
or
substances
such
as
spirits
or
hydrocarbons
to
light
the
stove.
-
The
stove
must
only
be
fed
with
fuels
having
the
characteristics
described
in
this
manual.
-
Never
block
the
combustion
air
inlet
and
outlet
openings.
-
Do
not
handle
easily
flammable
or
explosive
substances
near
the
stove
while
it
is
operating.
-
During
operation
the
intense
heat
created
by
combustion
of
the
firewood
makes
the
external
surfaces
of
the
stove,
and
in
particular
the
fire
door,
handle,
lid
and
fume
exhaust
pipe,
very
hot.
Therefore
avoid
contact
with
these
parts
without
suitable
protection.
-
Keep
objects
which
are
not
heat
resistant
at
a
suitable
distance.
-
Clean
the
ash
box
regularly.
-
Hot
ash
must
not
be
put
in
with
the
waste
or
left
outdoors
unattended.
-
Warn
children
and
guests
about
the
hazards
described
above.
When
installing
the
optional
fan
unit,
observe
the
following
additional
rules:
-
Connect
the
stove
to
an
approved
230Volt
-
50
Hz
electrical
socket.
-
Check
that
the
electrical
system
and
the
sockets
are
suitable
for
the
maximum
absorption
of
the
unit,
specified
on
the
label
and
in
this
manual.
-
Unplug
the
stove
before
carrying
out
any
maintenance
work.

failure
to
follow
or
apply
