EN W ARRANTY TERMS
W arranty
The manufacturer (or importer) is responsible for en-
suring the product complies with the requirements of
applicable legal regulations as well as those of the r el-
evant technical standards . Moreover , they are respon-
sible for ensuring the product has the properties the
manufacturer described in documents related to the
goods or those reasonably expected by the customer
with regard to the natur e of the goods or based on
advertising produced by the manufacturer , and fur-
ther they are responsible f or ensuring the product is
t for the purpose proposed by the manufacturer or
that aproduct of the same type is normally used for .
The quality warranty term is 24 months from product
takeover by the customer .
The warranty does not apply to wear and tear caused
by regular use. The customer shall not be entitled to
any warranty claims if , prior to tak ing the product
over , they knew the product contained a defect or if
the defect is attributable to the customer .
The warranty speci cally does not apply :
• if the product installation, operation and service
conditions stipulated in the product operating
manual have not been adhered t o,
• to malfunctions caused due to mechanical, heat
or chemical damage, short circuit, over voltage or
incorrect installation,
• to malfunctions caused by an inexpert third-par ty
intervention,
• to malfunctions caused by natural disaster ,
• to malfunctions caused by insuffi cient or inappro-
priate maintenance in violation of the oper ating
manual, including malfunctions caused by water
and other sediments,
• to changes in colour of the heating surface or to
scratching of the surface caused as aresult of us-
ing the products in an unusual manner ,
• to appearance and functional changes caused by
exposure to sunlight, thermal radiation of w ater
and other sediments,
• if the service life of certain product par ts expires,
e.g. f or accumulators, bulbs, etc.
The warranty does not apply to any pr oducts and ser-
vices provided along with the pr oduct (gifts, promo-
tional articles, etc.).
Filing ac omplaint
Acomplaint against a product defect must be led as
soon as identi ed, yet no later than befor e the end of
the warranty term.
The customer must le a product complaint with
the dealer from which they have pur chased the pro-
duct, or with any authorised service centre, a list of
which is included in the product package, or available at
ww w .my-concept.com.
While ling a produc t complaint, the product must
be duly cleaned and securely packed so as to prev ent
any damage during its transport to an authorised
service centre, where r elevant, unless the product is
delivered in person.
The customer must submit proof of ha ving conclud-
ed apurchase contract for the product by producing
the receipt.
While ling their complaint, the customer must indi-
cate the noted defect and identify the pref er red com-
plaint application method.
Complain ts processing
As long as the noted defect may be remo ved, the user
has the right to have the def ect duly removed free of
charge on atimely basis.
Where such a procedure is not reasonable with r e -
gard to the nature of the def ec t, the user may require
to be supplied a new defect-free product (replace-
ment), or , where the defect applies to a part of the
product only , replacement of the part concerned.
However , if replacement of the product or any part
thereof is not proportionate with regard t o the nature
of the defect, especially if the defect can be removed
without undue delay , the customer has the right to
have the defect remo ved free of charge .

A s long as the not ed def ec t ma y be r emo v ed , the user
has the r igh t t o ha v e the def ec t duly r emo v ed fr ee of
char ge on atimely basis .
W her e such a pr oc edur e is not r easonable with r e -
gar d t o the na tur e of the def ec t , the user ma y r equir e
t o be supplied a new def ec t -fr ee pr oduc t (r eplac e -
men t), or , wher e the def ec t applies t o a par t of the
pr oduc t only , r eplac emen t of the par t c onc er ned .
Ho w ev er , if r eplac emen t of the pr oduc t or an y par t
ther eof is not pr opor tiona t e with r egar d t o the na tur e
of the def ec t , especially if the def ec t can be r emo v ed
without undue dela y , the cust omer has the r igh t t o
ha v e the def ec t r emo v ed fr ee of char ge .
If the noted defect is not removable, or if the cust om-
er becomes entitled to replac ement of the product or
a part thereof, yet the r eplacement is not possible,
for example due to the pr oduct having been sold
out, the customer has the right to return the product
(withdrawal from the c ontract).
The customer shall hav e the right to a new product (re-
placement) or to replac ement of apar t of the product
even if the defect can be remov ed, provided they can-
not properly use the product due to repeated oc cur-
rence of the defect or due to a high number of such de -
fects. In such acase, the customer also has the right to
return the product (by withdrawing fr om the contract).
If the product is not returned (the customer does
not withdraw from the con tract), or if the customer
does not apply the right to anew def ect-free product
(replacement), to r eplacement of apar t thereof or to
repair of the product, they may request areasonable
discount. The customer also has a right to a reason-
able discount if a new defect-free pr oduct cannot
be supplied to them, or if a product part cannot be
replaced or the product repair ed unless the situation
is remedied within areasonable time limit, or if rem-
edying the situation would creat e major discomfort
on the part of the customer .
The seller , authorised ser vice centre or asta member
authorised by them must decide about each complaint
immediately or within three business day s in complicat-
ed cases. This term does not include a reasonable period
of time, depending on the type of product concerned,
required f or the defect to be assessed by an expert.
A complaint, including def ect removal, must be dealt
with without any undue delay , yet no later than within
30 calendar days of the complaint ling date, unless
the seller and the customer agree on alat er deadline.
On returning the product (withdrawing from the c on-
tract) the customer must return any accessories and
documents supplied along with the product.
The customer does not have the right t o keep the
defective parts and components of the product re-
placed as part of arepair of the product.
This shall be without prejudice to an y other r ights the
customer may hav e in relation to the purchase of the
product.
Remark: Complaints against products damaged in
transport are governed by the carrier’ s complaints
procedure .
