In no event will Corel’s licensor(s), and their directors, officers, employees, or agents
(collectively “Corel’s licensor”) be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, or
indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,
loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use of, or inability to use,
the software even if Corel’s licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
