Warranty

In addition to the statutory warranty under the contract of

sale, Zwei plus zwei GmbH, Cologne, extends to the end

customer the following manufacturer’s warranty for its bicy-

cle trailers “Croozer Kid” and “Croozer Kid Plus” subject to

the conditions set forth below.

The manufacturer’s warranty applies to the safety frame of

our bicycle trailers “Croozer Kid” and “Croozer Kid Plus”.

The safety frame is shown in grey in the illustration on

the right. The warranty period is 10 years from the date of

purchase of the respective bicycle trailer by the original

purchaser.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original

sales receipt with the date of purchase, as well as the

bicycle trailer.

Zwei plus zwei GmbH will, at its election, pursuant to its

obligations under this warranty, repair or replace the safety

frame of the bicycle trailer, refund the purchase price or

replace the entire vehicle.

For the purposes of this manufacturer’s warranty, you are

considered the original purchaser if you are the “natural

person” who  rst purchased the bicycle trailer. Persons

who purchased the bicycle trailer in order to resell it or use

it in the context of any commercial or self-employed pro-

fessional activity are not considered the original purchaser

in the sense of this warranty.

In addition to the rights set out in this manufacturer’s war-

ranty, the original purchaser also has statutory rights, in

particular warranty rights. These statutory rights, which in

some cases may be more favourable to the purchaser, are

not affected by this warranty. This warranty does not affect

the rights of the original purchaser against the seller from

whom the product was purchased.

Servicing and warranty claims

If any part of the Croozer is not working properly, if the

vehicle requires servicing or to make a warranty claim,

contact the dealer from whom you purchased your

Croozer. The dealer will either help you directly or forward

your claim to us. In order to process your claim, we – and/

or your dealer – will need the original sales receipt, the se-

rial number of your Croozer and, in the case of a warranty

claim, the bicycle trailer.

The serial number can be found on the sticker that is af-

 xed to the bottom of the black frame on the left side of the

cargo compartment.

the Croozer website: www.croozer.com.
