HDD Playback and Editing
Protecting a Title
If you want to protect a title from accidental
recording, editing, or erasing, you can protect the
title. Later, if you change your mind, you can
unprotect the title.

Select the title to be protected using [
… †
]
and press [OK].

Select ‘Edit’ using [
… †
] .

Press [OK] to go to submenu.

Select ‘Protect’ using [
… †
] .

Press [OK] to protect the title.

Protect icon will appear at the bottom of title
number.

To ‘Unprotect’ the title, follow the same
procedure as the Protecting a Title.
Combining two titles
Follow these instructions to combine two titles.

Select the title to be combined using [
… †
]
and press [OK].

Select ‘Edit’ using [
… †
] and press [OK] to go
to submenu.

Select ‘Combine’ using [
… †
] . Press [OK].
Combine icon will appear at the top of title
number.

Select another title using [
… †
] and press
[OK].

Select ‘Start Combine’ using [
… †
] and press
[OK]. Selected two titles are combined one.

To cancel the combine, select ‘Cancel’ and
press [OK] or press [BACK].
