6. How to cook Economically*
The screen should display only the time of day. This should not be flashing.
• Place your dish in the oven in accordance with the recommendations shown on
the display.
Select the position " "
-> level 2 recommended.
• Your oven suggests the optimal temperature for this funtion which is 200 °C.
However, you can adjust this by using the button located under the
display.
Example: position " " adjusted to 190°C.
After this, the oven starts heating:
The temperature indicator begins operating and shows the temperature rising
inside the oven.
When the set temperature is reached, the oven beeps three times.
*For optimal "ECO" cooking, do not carry out preheating and do not
open the door.
This position allows you to make a 20% saving in energy while at the
same time achieving identical cooking results.
The ECO position is used for the energy label.
Following a cooking cycle, the oven's cooling fan continues to
operate for a while afterwards in order to ensure that
everything cools down properly.
