Safety grid with handle (fig.1)
Equipped with a handle at the front to make it
easy to grasp. The grid can be used to hold all
dishes and moulds containing foodstuffs to
be cooked or browned.
It can be used for barbecues (to be placed
directly on the grid).

Rotisserie (fig.3)
Slide one of the forks onto the spit; skewer
the piece of meat to be roasted; slide on the
second fork; centre and tighten by screwing
the two forks.
Place the spit in its cradle: place the cradle on
the sloped enamelled dish, slide the cradle in
at shelf support 3, push it lightly to engage
the end of the spit into the guide slot at the
back of the oven.
Remove the handle by unscrewing it, so you
can close the door. After cooking, screw the
spit handle on again to remove the roasted
meat without burning yourself.
NNOOTTEE::
if you want to put something large
onto the spit, in order to prevent it from
touching the back of the dish and stopping
the spit from turning, you can place the dish
on the floor of the oven and engage the cradle
at support 3.

Oven equipment for low-
termperature cooking (fig.2)
Place meat (except for poultry) directly on the
grid with the enamelled dish underneath.
Place yogurt containers directly in the dish.
