•Combi-Steam cooking
- Immediate start
Select EXPERT cooking mode.
Using the + and - buttons, select the
Combi-Steam cooking mode
appropriate for your dish (fig.1).
Confirm the mode chosen by pressing the OK
button.
“180°C” flashes in the display and indicates
that you can adjust the temperature by
pressing the + and - buttons (fig.2).
- Example: 195 °C.
Confirm via the OK button (fig.3).
- Set the percentage of steam.
Adjust the percentage of steam by pressing
the + and - buttons (fig.4).
Confirm via the OK button (fig.5).
Note: These settings will remain in place for
subsequent cooking.
- The filling drawer opens automatically.
- Fill the reservoir.
- Close the drawer manually; the oven
switches on.
The temperature rise indicator indicates
the change in temperature within the oven.
- Elapsed time:
This indicator displays the time since the
start of cooking (fig.6).
