- Check that the programmer is correctly
displaying the time and that it is not flashing.
You can choose from three lengths of
pyrolysis cycle:
1 hour 30 minutes pyrolysis
1 hour 45 minutes pyrolysis
2 hours pyrolysis.
Press the button (fig.1).
Press the button once, so that the symbol
flashes in the display (fig.2).
Confirm by pressing OK.

Attention
Remove pans from the oven and wipe up any major spills.
4 / MAINTAINING AND CLEANING YOUR OVEN
The pyrolysis cycle time displays as 2:00 but
you can change it.
Example: pyrolysis cycle 1:45.
Press the + and - buttons to select the desired
cycle time (fig.3).
Confirm by pressing OK.
Pyrolysis begins and the symbol remains
fixed in the display. The time starts to count
down, immediately it is set.
During pyrolysis the symbol is displayed
in the programmer, indicating that the door is
locked (fig.4).
At the end of pyrolysis, 0:00 flashes.
- When the oven is cold, use a damp cloth to
remove the white ash.
The oven is clean and ready once again for
your cooking operations.
